Larry was prompt and very pleasant.

Larry was very helpful and honest. He called back quickly to set up an appointment! We had him look at our refrigerator. He told us that there was a repair we could try, but the fridge would likely break a short time after. We appreciated his honesty. He charged us $95 for the visit and suggested that we buy a new fridge (which we did).

Larry was here the day after we called for service even though we were an hour away. He identified the problem quickly and ordered the necessary part. He returned the following week to replace the part and our dryer is back in operation! Would definitely recommend.

I was not able to be home when Larry came so I advised him that my son would be there. He immediately asked if my son was over 18. Not many people think to ask that very important question. When he was running late he had the courtesy to call my son to let him know. Being involved in customer service I know how bent out of shape some people get when a repair man or any type of service man is running late. The call was very much appreciated! I would highly reccommend Larry.

Larry came out the day after I called and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our washer. He could have fixed it, but was honest in his evaluation that the part and labor would have been at least half the cost of a new one. We went with his recommendation for a new machine. He also suggested some preventive maintenance for our other large appliances. Will call again if we need service.
