Larry arrived on schedule and analyzed the issue with our refrigerator. His fee was as we discussed. He was very professional and gave us suggestions regarding the refrigerator. This is an old refrigerator in our basement and we wanted to know why it wasn't cooling. We followed Larry's suggestions and the refrigerator seems to be working now. I would hire Larry in the future for appliance repair.

Fast turnaround . Same day service. The score of four on value is simply because it was an old dryer and the cost of fixing it was close to just replacing it. That said he was clear as to the cost walking in and that would have been waived had I decided on the repair. Thought that was very fair. I'd have him back if needed.
