Hired this pro to do work in my rental property. I live out of state and contractor did amazing job taking care of things for us, working with my tenant and giving me peace of mind and helping me insure my tenant had repair made and my property protected.

Larry was a very nice gentleman and very informative. Although he did not do any actual repairs, as he deemed our refrigerator a total loss (compressor gone) and not worth repairing, I would recommend him highly based upon his knowledge and professionalism. We will certainly contact Larry for any future repairs to our applicaces.

Larry made the diagnosis very quickly. He called make an appointment within a half hour from the my request. Always on time and professional. He completed the job on Saturday which was very convenient for us. I would utilize his services for any appliance repair that I might need in the future.

Prompt and jolly guy. A bit older, so not physically flexible or strong, but he is wiser. Definitely needs assistance for any major labor. Very knowledgeable and advised me to replace the washing machine. Did not clean up after himself. I had to clean up all the water that leaked from the washing machine after he left.

He came when he said he would and was very honest. He was very proper.

Larry told me my pipe was frozen to my dishwasher. I had to wait until spring for it to flow. I am glad I didn't need a new dishwasher.

Mr Chernoff responded to my Home Advisor inquiry immediately and came to my house the next day. My refrigerator had stopped working and He was able to explain why it would not be worth repairing. That information allowed me to make my next decision. I appreciated his expertise. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The company where I bought the appliance was not going to be able to even look at the problem for a week. Now I will have a replacement within that time frame.
