The washer was not fixable and he explained why. He called me right away where as the others never called. I will use him again and refer him. The only thing I felt he was a little high with his dollar amount to come and check the problem. It was a little over a hundred dollars

Larry is very honest and straight forward when it comes to explaining the issue. Although others seem to think his rates are high, I found his rates to be very reasonable for appliance repair. Having to get a major appliance repaired is never good. However I can say that Larry's knowledge and skill coupled with his great sense of humor made this repair job a much more pleasant experience than I anticipated. I would recommend his service and will definitely be keeping his contact information should I need appliance repair in the future.

First appointment, said be here between 3:30 and 4:30, he called me at 4:50 saying couldn't make it due to car trouble. I left work to be there. I gave him a second chance and he came. He said the freezer drawer rail was frozen and to unplug fridge for 24 hours. We did it for 48 hours and drawer still doesn't work. Said to replace ice maker in door. I disconnected ice maker, took some parts off and put them back together and it worked.

Came the same day I called him. He was honest regarding the item that could not be fixed and repaired the other item quickly and efficiently.
