This guy was amazing!

Larry came over on a Sunday in the middle of a winter storm. He's very personable. He took one look at my washing machine and told me the drum bearing was shot. Would cost more to repair than to replace. I appreciate his honesty.

Very nice and responsive. Unfortunately, this person is lazy. Tried to diagnose my washing machine problem without even looking under the cover. Took our $ and told us machine was no good so we spent $1000 on a new machine but it wasn't needed. When new machine arrived, they went to remove the old one and as soon as they pulled it away from the wall it was obvious all the old machine needed was a new belt. Now I have two washing machines. I would not recommend this person or company.

Larry is kind and honest. He arrived within the time window. He asked questions and listened to our responses carefully. He diagnosed the problem and the potential cost. In the end we decided that we need to replace the appliance. He gave us advice on purchasing and three brands he recommends. We will use him again.

Nice guy down to earth very knowledgeable would use them again anytime

Larry came to our house within four hours of calling him. He quickly assessed the problem and while unfortunately he couldn't repair my washing machine (it was pretty much toast), he walked me through what had caused it to break down. I appreciate the time he took out of his day to help us.
