Presented options and fixed the problem at a reasonable price.

Changing a small part required two visits and costed more than $250. Service is good and cost prohibitive.

He was honest. Didnâ t try to fix when he knew it wasnâ t worth the money to fix appliance because it was old. Said better off buying new appliance.

He did not try to over sell and was honest about what was need to correct our problem

Larry is a real pro with years of experience. He worked to get the problem resolved in the most cost effective for me.

The work turned out fine - however that was only because we moved the very heavy washing machine into place for him before he came. I first told him he would have to be able to move it and he said the would "walk it over" to the hook ups. I thought about it and concluded that it would likely be too heavy for even one strong person. Good thing. When he got there he could hardly walk. There is no way he could have moved the machine. Having said that he got it working - but I think that is because it was never broken. (All he did was turn it on - there was no repair). I told him that the tenants had likely tampered with it to make it stop working - maybe unhooking it undid whatever they did. He didn't have to really fix anything - it worked. He told me on the call before I hired him that he would say that it was working and that he could tell if it had been tampered with and would put that in writing. When all was said and done, he wouldn't say that - and he wouldn't even say that it worked without repair which was factually true. So we moved it and he turned it on. He did give me the name of a parts supplier for other things which was good and did do an assessment of the stove as well.

WAS NOT AT HOME AT TIME OF WORK

Larry has so much knowledge and experience to share . He contacted us immediately after we posted on Home Advisor and came the next day even though it was a Sunday. Even though the washer needed to be replaced he advised us on the best options going forward. I would highly recommend him if appliance repairs are needed.

Although out of my area, Larry responded to my emergency immediately. He arrived when he said he would, found the problem, ordered the part and fixed the problem very quickly. Thank you Larry. I would call Able Service Co. South in a heartbeat if I have a problem

Larry evaluated the problems with my dishwasher and repaired the existing problem but warned me that the problem with the dishwasher engine was so bad I would need a new dishwasher in the near future. (I had expected this due to its age.) I thought he explained the problem well and offered me help in determining next steps.
