Larry called within minutes of my request on Homeadvisor. He came the next day as promised. He diagnosed our washer leak which turned out to be not the washer but advised us to get our drain snaked which fixed the problem. He is quite a jolly fellow . I would call him again. He does not do the super high end like subzero GE, Kenmore etc is his sweet spot

Our ice maker wasnâ t making ice. Larry came out promptly and stated we needed a new one. He ordered the parts and came back three days later, spent 4 hours of hard work, and we now have a functioning ice maker. Larry was pleasant, funny, and determined to fix the issues.

Once he knew the problem he recommended what to do and then told me to wait and see if the issue comes back. If the issue comes back he walked me through his pricing and the breakdown in parts. Larry goes above and beyond and recommended a product to replace our dead washing machine along with a referral for the store and salesman who worked with us on the price. He even swept the years of dirt from underneath the machine when he had to move it! What a nice guy, I will add him to my contacts for when the next appliance breaks.

Very happy with the service. After checking on Home Advisor, Larry contacted me within an hour or so on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. He came over and looked at our dishwasher a few hours later and looked at it. I am very impressed with the customer service on a Sunday, I wasn t expecting any responses until Tuesday.

Arrived when he said he would, Diagnosed our refrigerator as DOA without question and handed out lots of useful advice on what/where to look for a replacement during the pandemic. I kept his card for the next time I need an appliance repair. Well done!
