Larry called me and was able to come look at my refrigerator on the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but explained that unfortunately it could not be repaired. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty telling me it couldn’t be fixed. He was very friendly and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him if I need any appliance repairs.

Larry was outstanding! He called me instantly when I put in the request, and offered to come over immediately. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, got straight on his phone ordering the parts, and came back the next day with the parts and fixed the issue! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was also kind, friendly, and engaging. He even gave my sick dog lots of belly rubs! Iâ m glad to know him now and will call him straight away for any future appliance repairs!

Larry came out on a Sunday to repair my washer-after having called only the day before. Great Service! I will be calling him in the future if I have any appliance repair work needed to be done .

Able service my experience with their services was excellent. Larry was very professional and very honest. I called about my refrigerator to get serviced he called me right away and came less than 24hrs . He Opened it up and told me it was my compressor and that it was better for me to replace it because it was a older model and he didn’t want to charge me for something that was not worth fixing. He gave me great information advice showed me the issues with my refrigerator he put it back together to make it last a few more days to I bought one and he even sent me to a hole sale store. I didn’t purchase one from them but the thought and the referral was very nice . After he put it back together he talked to me about refrigerator he has probably the best knowledge on refrigerators and what to purchase . Every thing he told me word for word was what my salesman told me about refrigerators . He saved me a lot off money because he took the time to explain history of company’s that make refrigerators . I would definitely use him for any appliance job I need in the future . And his Apprentice his Technician in training I was impressed with her she also paid attention to the job and helped him . I respect a company that thinks about our future and hires young people to learn and that was more valuable to me than the service because even though my refrigerator was no good he got to show a young technician how to be honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be passing his number to friends and family. Thank you Larry.

Larry came out the day I called and at the time specified. Unfortunately the diagnosis was fatal. My washing machine had expired after 15 years of use. Not the result I had expected but it was a honest appraisal . I would recommend him to others with appliance issues.

Larry came out the same day I called. He gave me an honest opinion of my options. Unfortunately my dryer died of old age. Larry made suggestions about what to look for in a new dryer and where to buy it. Very happy with his service and will definitely call him for any future repairs.

Safe, honest and professional service. Issue with dishwasher was diagnosed but alternative dishwasher could not be installed “because that would require a plumber”. He provided some contacts and advice to move forward, charged me what he said he would fit the home visit (in the event that no work done).

Larry was a pleasure to work with. Responded to my service call, scheduled through home advisor within 30 mins. Larry was able to come diagnose the issue, and was able to order the part and return to finalize the repair within one week.
