I spoke with Larry in the morning about s dishwasher that needed repair. I arrived at my house on time and checked out the dishwasher. Unfortunately the dishwasher is beyond repair. But I found Larry to be reliable, capable, reasonable priced and honest. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Larry called me immediately and said he could provide same day service. This was on a Sunday yet. He described himself and his vehicle so we would recognize him, figured out the problem instantly and let me watch the entire time. He explained the process, gave us a senior discount and was very reasonable. I will use him again.

This is the second time I used this company (for different appliances), and the owner of the company Larry Chernoff came out to my home himself. He responded immediately. He was on time, showed me the problem, explained to me my options, fixed the problem, gave me a fair price, and also gave me a warranty. He is very pleasant, honest, and funny. He made me feel comfortable with his work, and I would definitely use him again if I ever had another problem.

Called the same day I asked Home Advisor for a recommendation. Very easy to schedule. Came on time and called to make sure my plans hadn't changed. Obviously knew his way around a dishwasher. he was quick to find the problem and had good recommendations for repair or replacement of the dishwasher. Nice guy, would recommend to anyone.

He came the same day I called him. The repair would have cost almost as much as a new washer. He recommended I get a new one.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!!! Highly recommend!
