I hired Servitium to complete a move-in cleaning and window washing for a home I was purchasing in Tolland, CT. Lori was professional and friendly over the phone. She and Bruce met me at the house during the inspection to give me an accurate estimate because they do not charge by the hour but rather by the job. The estimate was very prompt as well as the estimate from a carpet cleaning company they work with. They do not offer carpet cleaning as part of their services; however, they were willing to coordinate with the carpet cleaner to give me less to worry about. The day of my house closing Lori and Bruce headed over to the house to clean as soon as they were given the go ahead. Bruce did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of all 20+ of our windows as well as the chandelier in our foyer. I could not be happier with the cleaning job that Lori and her crew did throughout my 2900 sq ft home. We moved over a 3 day period and having a clean home to move into made everything a lot less stressful

Bruce and Lori are both highly professional: reliable, hard working, and efficient. They do quality work and are very easy and pleasant to work with. I am always amazed at the transformation in clarity and brightness after Bruce has finished the windows, and I appreciate Lori and her crew sparing me the effort of cleaning my house and doing it faster and better than I ever could. They have been in the business a long time and know what they're about. I have not used similar services in the past so cannot compare rates; however, Bruce's price seems very reasonable to me for the time he puts in. I would guess that there are less expensive housecleaners than Lori, but her price reflects the fact that she goes by the book with regard to insurance, taxes, etc. I am quite satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Servitium.
