Servitium Window & House Cleaning

Bruce did an excellent job of washing our windows - inside & out! Bruce promptly answered my emails and returned calls. When he knew he would be a bit late to our house, he called me to let me know when he would arrive. We live in a very old house and have very large windows - not a simple task for one person to clean. Our windows have never looked so clean. He went above and beyond by cleaning our storm door windows. I would definitely hire Bruce again.

Quick response & quick estimate. Easy set up of an appt. Bruce apprised us by phone the day of the appt. he was running a little late. When he arrived, got straight to work, very professional, did an excellent job. All the glass just sparkles everywhere. No streaks! Highly recommend!

Bruce has cleaned our windows for several years now. He takes care of my parents' house as well and his service is top notch. He cleans the windows as well as the screens and his prices are very reasonable. We appreciate his professionalism and his ability to fit us into his busy schedule with ease!

Bruce was a great professional and did a wonderful job cleaning all the windows on the house including skylights. The glass really sparkles now. Some of the windows needed extra care because they had been neglected. Bruce was able to bring them back to life.

Bruce showed up on time to provide an estimate. I had some pretty grimy windows on the first floor and he explained how they would require extra attention and care. I accepted the estimate and Bruce arrived on schedule on our mutually agreed second date, and took care of the whole house including skylights and did a great job! Courteous and professional throughout the whole process.

Bruce is awesome. My windows shine! Some had not been cleaned for a long time and no complaints from Bruce. I would recommend this company to anyone. He did a beautiful job.

I sent an email on a Sunday morning and she called me Sunday evening. We set a time for an estimate and she gave me a fair price. They came and cleaned everything and I mean everything (even the dogs dishes) I dont know how they got the shower so clean It is beautiful The outer Kitchen cabinets came out so nice I cant tell you how wonderful I felt when I walked in to a spotless house and the faint sent oranges I am looking forward to them coming again

They are excellent. They have been cleaning my home for about a year now. They show up on time every two weeks. They are very easy to deal with. If there is ever a problem, they always take care of it for me.

Provider advertises servicing 3 counties and all the towns in those counties but refused to come and service my house which is in the next town and approx 10 miles away. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time!

Servitium is an Affordable Luxury Our family does not have an abundance of time. We noticed that cleaning the house was falling to the "bottom of the list." While a few of our neighbors used cleaning services, the recommendations were adequate or not available so we looked on Angie's List for suggestions. Lori came over to do a walk through the house so she could get an understanding of and set our expectations and to provide a quote. She followed up when she said she was going to follow up and the quote was definitely reasonable. Lori and her team spent 5.5 hours doing a deep clean, which is needed to get the house up to a maintenance level. Lori and her team have been coming every other week for a few months now and we are so happy with the services and the people who she employs. They are thorough, prompt, courteous/friendly. We strongly recommend Lori and Servitium.

Lori and her team came in and did a thorough top to bottom cleaning of our home. They did an impressive job and were completely professional. We loved how clean and organized the house looked when they were done. We are looking forward to using them on a regular basis.

To review, I would not recommend this company. Bruce Lawler, the owner, quoted one price to me in person and another via email. He did not provide a written contract when I asked for one. In person Bruce told me he would do the whole house (without garage and basement) for $360 if paid via cash and $400 via check. In EMAIL he later wrote that only FIRST floor would be done for $360 and "Servitium will cover sales tax for me" (hows that for a business practice) hmmmm. He went on to say the "entire job" (both floors) would be $400 PLUS sales tax ... does this make sense? One floor for $360 WITHOUT sales tax, but ENTIRE HOUSE (4000+ sf) for $400 but I would have to pay sales tax? This entire transaction seemed odd from the beginning. Bruce was late for the estimate appointment and seemed to take forever counting and recounting windows over and over. Because his past rating on Angie's list I was prepared to hire him. But, as I stated above, something seemed odd so I requested a written contract which he never sent -- instead he canceled the job (thankfully) claiming he was now fully booked for the next three weeks. Hahaha. Some things just work out for the best!

Bruce was prompt and very professional. He had a good routine and completed the job in good time. He was neat and my windows sparkle. I will call him again.

Extremely pleased with Lori and her staff. Lori was very responsive to my initial contact via email and voicemail. She setup a time where we could meet to complete a walk through of the house. She was very pleasant and professional. She stated exactly what her company does from a service perspective and what I should expect as a prospective customer. We agreed on a future date and time. Her employees showed up on time and prepared to work. The two ladies that cleaned the house, Ariel and Sarah, did an outstanding job!! They went way above and beyond what they needed to do from a cleaning perspective. When I came home from work I found that they were still there working. I was pleasantly surprised to see how hard they were working, how diligent they had been and how much attention to detail they had paid. I cant say enough about how hard Ariel and Sarah had worked on the house. It was spotless. They made sure to clean not only on the surface of things but under them as well as behind them. I'm so happy with the service I received from Lori and her staff that I plan to have an ongoing regularly scheduled date and time where I will have her staff come back to clean the house. I cant say enough good things about this provider. I have dealt with some others from the list lately that were nowhere near as responsible and professional as this one. I would highly recommend Lori's company to any friend, neighbor or family member that needs a superior cleaning service!

I have always been very reluctant to hire a cleaning service. But, I finally reached out to Lori and had an initial meeting. She is very nice and very thorough and her style of cleaning is exactly what I was looking for. I initially hired her and her crew to do a complete and thorough 'spring' cleaning. They did an incredible job and the girls were very sweet. Since then they come back once a month to clean for us. They do a great job and I don't worry about my home while they are there.

Lori and her crew of housecleaners are outstanding. We've been disappointed with two other cleaning services we've had in the past who did not move and clean under easily movable items (magazines, desk items, phones,etc.), but these ladies certainly do. Her sedulous crew is easily the best we have experienced. Lori is professional, affable, courteous, and her communication is excellent. She is also flexible, willing to meet your specific room requests (clean/ not clean certain rooms) when needed. It's is a wonderful feeling to have a clean, organized house heading into each weekend, especially with multiple bathrooms and the wonders of nature constantly being tracked into the house. Their price is fair and I highly recommend them for those looking for a housecleaning service.

Bruce showed up on time and worked efficiently. Having had a lot of construction in our neighborhood the last year, our windows were pretty dirty. Bruce did a great job and finished on time. We will definitely hire them again and would recommend his services to everyone.

Very professional. Did a nice job. The only slight complaint is when I took out a couple of screens, they didn't wipe thoroughly underneath them. The windows themselves, inside and out, were great. I thought the price was very reasonable and I would use them again.

These guys are fantastic. Lori and her crew were punctual and did a fantastic job cleaning my home. This was my first time buying a house and was quite filthy when i moved in due to it being vacant for quite some time and they made it look and feel so nice. Aside from that her husband tore out the carpeting that had been there probably since the 70's and washed the windows....they did a fantastic job at a great price....I would highly recommend them!

Servitium Window Cleaning is wonderful. They're absolutely wonderful and they do everything. I would give them excellent. Their demeanor is terrific, you get along with very friendly, very lovely people. I use them every 2 weeks. I've been using them now for a few times.

They washed all the windows of our house, inside and out, and did a great job! They were absolutely on time and finished when he said he would.
