I called the night before. It wasn't really an emergency but they were there the next morning, on time. They inspected the sewer line, determined what the problem was and we decided that we needed excavation and some of the sewer line replaced. Eric new of an excavator and sewer repair company that happened to be not more than a half mile away. They were able to complete the repairs the next day.

Chris came out and I described what we had been experiencing. He did some testing and could not find anything that made him think there was a blockage. Outside chance there may be a blockage in the vent stack but will try other things he suggested before contacting them if the issues persist. Appreciate that Chris just did'nt come out, start working and charge for something that wasn't needed.

They responded promptly and provided a disc of the video.

Sink, shower and toilet water from the upstairs was pouring out of the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. I called Anytime, and was told they'd call me when they were ready to come (which they did), giving me time to run errands before their arrival, and not killing the entire day waiting for them. They diagnosed the problem quickly, as tree roots or other debris blocking the sewer pipe between the house and the street. Because there was no place in the basement to drain the full pipes, they couldn't snake the pipe from inside the house, so they went up on the roof, and ran the snake down to the street from the vent pipe up there. They said they do about 10 of these every day. They were in & out in 45 minutes, no mess, no fuss, no problem. I am very pleased!

Service provider showed up within the time interval the company had indicated and worked for over an hour to try to snake out the two outside pipes. Despite his efforts, he was unable to unclog the pipes. On the positive side, he also declined payment even though I offered to pay him something for his time.

Roots in our sewer line caused a backup into our basement - luckily it was just washing machine discharge! I called on a Sunday; Mark said he could come out that day, but his charge would be less if we could wait until the next day. He came out the next day with his power auger and cleaned out the sewer. No problems since then, a reasonable price, and a very nice guy to work with. Nice to know he would be willing to come out on a Sunday if we had a really serious problem.

I called on Monday 4/30/12 and requested an appointment. He offered an 8-10 appointment Wednesday 5/2/12. I waited at home until 9am. No one showed up. He called at 930 and said he had someone at the house. I said the appointment was 8-10 not 930. He said that was a window in which he would show up. He stated he gets up and leaves his house about 8 and gets there as soon as he can. That's not how I took his statement. I took it as he would be at my house from 8-10. In my opinion he didn't show up on time. I wouldn't recommend him. He did handle our disagreement professionally so I gave him a B for professionalism. I couldn't give an A because a professional would have showed up on time.

They did a great job. They came out on a weekend and fixed the problem really quick. They come out very quickly.

They got here so fast, I was amazed, and did a fine job quickly. They were neat, friendly and competent.,

They called back when I called in for a quote. They didn't show up on time the first time so I had to call back and see where they were. When they did he did the job very well. They have menu pricing which means that even though he spent a lot of extra time on the job because we have a huge old house and the pipes are long and very old, it still cost $75 which I very much appreciated. I will use them in the future.

Anytime Sewer was quick and responsive. The only complaint I have was that the technician was not very personable, but I might not be either if I cleaned out sewer drains all day.

The guys showed up on time, were professional and courteous and did the job correctly. they cleared the stoppages using a snake, but also went into the basement to make sure that the main line was clear. they were in and out within an hour.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. We had water backing up in our basement from our sewer line. We called in the morning, they had the line cleaned and cleared, gave us a video of what's in there (that was extra$) all done by lunch time!

I had a really bad sewer backup and they came out twice. They were quite competent, but they weren’t able to fix the problem. It was a very difficult problem. They had to pass a bunch of turns in the sewer and their equipment couldn’t get there. One problem I had with them was that they had different sorts of diagnostic equipment, but they were still not able to fix it. So I had somebody else come out to do it again. The price was basically $150, but there was an additional charge for the second service. I had them back to excavate around the sewer to get closer access. So they came back and worked on it again, but weren’t able to clear up the mess for another $155. It wasn’t resolved until I excavated from outside to get an entrance to the sewer. The other company I called was finally able to break through it. The entrance closer to the blockage had to be opened. They weren’t really great in giving me a lot of information about what the problem was. They were kind of no nonsense type of a company. They got impatient with things when what they tried didn’t work. That’s obviously not something that I liked. I eventually resolved it by doing further work and doing an excavation outside along with a sewer cleanup. The sewer line had gone under the tree. None of the services would have been able to fix the problem the first time or the second time. They are a little rough around the edges. There is a possibility that I might use them again under certain circumstances.

I called a plumber to come fix a ground floor toilet that wasn't flushing properly. The plumber didn't have time to snake the drain right then, so he recommended Anytime Sewer & Drain Service. He even called them for me. They arrived with in an hour and got right to work. Although my house is right near the street, he snaked the drain for 100 feet since the cost was the same up to 100 feet. That did the trick. the ground floor toilet flushed like a champ after he finished. Great job at a good price.

Mark is punctual, experienced, reasonably priced, and honest. Sometimes too honest -- he probably provided 2x the service he charged me for but took pity on me because i have a finished basement that is prone to flooding in heavy rainstorms. I highly recommend him for any sewer or storm needs whether its inspection or cleaning. He is my go-to guy from now on.

Within 2 hours from our call, the owner of the company was out and had the clog out within 20 minutes. For a Saturday night call, we thought $135 was a really good price. Was very friendly, and we'd definitely use again.

I called Anytime. They gave me a firm price (cost a bit more due to weekend call) and time when they would show up. Sure enough, the job cost what they said it would and they were on time. The problem was fixed successfully and thoroughly despite a couple difficulties in accessing the line (see above). The end result was messy and smelly. I am satisfied with the result, but the biggest problem was the dripping that occurred when he rolled the snake in coiled up in an old tire. I basically got sewage tracked through my house from the front door down to the basement. The basement was also very very messy when the job was complete. Again, I know some of the problem was the fault of bad placement of the drain and a rusted on drain cap, but some of it was definitely due to bad planning by the tech and a less than thorough clean-up after the fact. Good job, but not great

They performed well. The owner (Mark) actually called me the next day after completing the work to make sure that everything was ok. That in itself is amazing to me. I would highly recommend their service.

I was given a noon to 3pm window. I was called at 12:05pm., made arrangements to meet representative at the job site (courteous and polite) when I said I may be a few minutes late, replied, "Don't worry, take your time". He was there when I arrived, snaked first the pipe and when that provided no relief, took apart the drain and cleaned that, too. Put things back together and proceeded to the kitchen drain (which was already apart). Snaked that clean, tested it thoroughly, put the pipe work back together and retested that. Washed down the interior of the cabinet. Gave me advice on how to avoid problems in the future. Also took a look at my tubs stuck drain plug and told me how to unstick it (after first spending 15 minutes trying to do it for me; gratis). Terrific service!

Company responded quickly and courteously to my phone call. The serviceman arrived promptly and did the job to my satisfaction.
