Anytime Sewer & Drain Service

These guys were awesome. I called them in the morning and they came in later that day. Luckily for me the backup had cleared itself so despite leaving a mess in the basement, it wasn't still backing up. When they showed up they told me it would be $175 to check the drain lines and clear anything they found. This seemed fair since it was already going to be $85 for them to show up and do nothing. They got to work and about 30 minutes later told me that they had found tree roots and had cleared them. They let me know that this is a pretty common problem, and that the roots were likely to grow back so they should probably be cleared each year to prevent the problem from recurring. This seemed fair to me. They ended up charging me an extra $25 to replace the drain cap that would come off, but that was no issue. I will happily hire them again, and will be calling them back next year to check for roots again. It has been a month since they completed their service and there have been no repeat issues since then.

On the eve of leaving for the winter, we woke to an ugly flood in our basement. It was a sewage leak due to a clogged pipe between the house and the street sewer. I called several companies but got recordings at all of them. When I called Anytime, the owner answered the phone. I told him it was an emergency as we were leaving on a trip in the morning needed service asap. He was able to get someone here within 2 hours. The serviceman could not have been nicer. He diagnosed the issue and set to work immediately. He had the problem resolved in about one hour. We are very grateful and would highly recommend this company.

Had this company come out to clean my sewer line. A few months later, my neighbor knocks on the door to tell me his yard was flooded with sewage. I call the owner of Anytime to ask what I should do and his crass response was that he would do whatever I wanted him to do because his kids need to eat. He also indicated that the original cleaning was covered by a 6 month warranty and he could re-clean the line at no additional charge. In the meantime, the water company cleared the blockage and sent me a letter saying there were still roots in the line that need to be cleared. When I called Anytime back, the owner refused to do the warrantied work for free unless the line was blocked when his crew was there. Not only was their work obviously deficient, but they do not stand by their word. What a fraudster. Avoid.

Great--came out right away even though I don't live within his normal service range. Problem fixed and no further issues.

I called him the afternoon of 10/21 and he told me that he could have someone to my hous the next afternoon between 2:00 and 4:00. Then he calls me after 4:00 to inform me that he was going to have to reschedule due to schedule changes on his end. I was not happy but we rescheduled for this morning between 10:00 and 12:00. He never showed up and when I call I get his answering machine. I left a message but have not gotten a return call. I have been without a sink for almost 3 days. I would never call this company again.

The company rep was on time, and did a nice job cleaning out both drains. I would definitly use them again.

Cleared clogged showere drain.

Took several hours and more length of snake. Had to wait for MDC to find out the length of pipes to the street. All this on new year's eve, they were down a person, but I was informed of the delays and they still came out and didn't charge extra. Service person very professional.

They did a great job! There was no access to the trap and they removed a toilet to properly snake the line.

Everything went smoothly, he got here fast, job well done.

The service tech was very professional and took great care to make sure he didn't make a mess in my cellar. The drain is clear and working great! Highly recommend!

Mark called back promptly, made appt for next day and arrived on time. Cleaned out this bad clog and now the water flows.

terrible - never returned my calls

We had a ktichen drain that was clogged. I called about 7:45am, and left a message for Mark, whom I assume is the owner. He called back within 30 minutes and said he'd have TJ come out between 11am & 1pm. TJ Showed up just before 11 and took about an hour to fix the drain. We had tried to snake it ourselves, leaving us with a small leak in one of the under sink pipes, TJ put a new o-ring in it which took care of that problem as well. My only issues with the service call is that he was too quick to declare that there were no further leaks and he left. I had placed a tub under the pipes because of the original leak. After he left, I didn't get around to taking it out right away and when I did, I noticed it had water in it. I dried it out and then ran the water for a while and discovered I still had a leak. I called the owner and he said he'd have TJ cal me to c

They were timely. We have used them two or three times. They come out every year because there is a root growing into the pipe that we have to get rid off, but that is not up to them. They were thorough. Their price was fair, and they came when they said they were coming.

It was great. Its the only company I will use.

The storm drain was blocked, and i asked them to unblock it. They ran a snake, which didnt work to clean the drain. They were supposed to return to use a hydrojet to clean the drain, but they never came back. I left two messages with Mark, who never called me back. Im out $230 and still can't get him to fix the drain!

arrived promptly at 8 AM. appointment was between 8-9 on Sat. I called Friday night. Terrific service for a non-emergency. Was courteous and professional and fixed everything correctly.showed me how to fix the bathtub myself.

I called this contractor, message stated they would get back to me in 10 minutes. Half hour called again received same message. Never received a call back and it is now 4 hours later and still have not received a call back I called A & D Sewer and Drain, they called back in 3 minutes and were at my door in half in hour.

I had put rice down the garbage disposal and caused a huge backup in the plumbing. I phoned another plumbing service and was told it would be $300 to just have someone show up at house. I felt that was a ridiculously high price so I phoned All Plumbing and was told it would be $75 if it was indeed a clogged pipe. They came shortly thereafter, unclogged the pipe with a snake, and I paid $75. A much more reasonable amount for 20 minutes of work.

It worked. Just what was needed. Showed up in the evening, which worked well for me.

Got home late Friday nught and found out there was some water in the basement. Turned out the water was coming from the main sewr drain. I called "ANYTIME" Saturday morning and they TJ showed up a half hour earlier than scheduled (11:30 AM). Very professional. No drama, got the job done professionally in a very short time.

They were excellent! Came in, were professional, quick, and I think their price is fair and was worth every penny! 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Mark did a fine job. I have the sewer line cleaned every couple of years because I'm concerned about tree roots. Mark offered to do the job the day I called him. When he arrived, he invited me to watch the process and welcomed questions. He pointed out that the cover to the sewer line was broken. It was so old. so rusted and so rotted, I knew it had to have been broken a long time. And yet the previous two persons who cleaned the sewer line never said a word. Mark replaced the cover. He is prompt, courteous and honest. I will defintely hire him again.
