Scheduling was fine and there no problems. They were a reputable company to work with.

Provider very swiftly replied to an email request for service. Provider notified us that they did not handle mole extermination. In addition, they offered the information for a provider who did.

I was difficult to reach. Al called back several times and made a time for an inspection. I appreciated his persistence. He looked at the job site and told me the problem was very minor and could be solved without hiring him, because he thought the expense would be unnecessary on my part. He briefly advised me what to do on my own. I offered to at least pay him something for his trouble, but he wouldn't take a cent. This man is an honest professional. He would be my choice when I need him. I wanted to at least leave a good word about him for others to see, to repay him for his trustworthiness and time and effort.

Al Ryan responded promptly and meet with the tensnt to inspect the problem. He coordinated with the tenant to do the work on the weekend when there were no employees arround

We purchased an Angie's List Deal. The owner of Bethwood Pest Elimination contacted us within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was polite, professional, and informative. He assessed both inside and outside the house, then applied the insecticide. His work is good for one year so If I have any more problems, he'll return at no cost. This is good peace of mind.

My experience with them was fine. They were very prompt in their service response to my call. They came as needed and were very thorough. They listened to what my concerns were and you don't have to be hesitant to call them even if it goes beyond the four times a year visit.

Very professional, cares about the job, and wants to do a good job. Provides feedback and a plan to eliminate/control the pests. Set up a schedule of service and reminders to assure servicing within the contract period. Family run business who cares about the individual customer.

He was on time, came when he said he would, in fact he waited 10 minutes for me to get there. He was very professional, able to do the job and give me an estimate in the same day and I signed a contract with them. He was very good!

Great service. On time and explained every aspect of the job. Made sure pets were away from work areas and ANT issues were resolved. Very friendly.

They told me to call, after doing the work, if the roaches came back. When the roaches came back, I called and tried to set up a return appointment, but was pretty much blown off by the company. If I received a call back, they could never schedule anything, and mostly I left voicemails. They are overpriced and under performed the work I had thought they would be performing. I have not been able to get back with me to fix the problem.

However, in recent years I have become progressively more allergic to bee stings, so I decided to call in a professional.I called on a Friday and Al, the owner, returned my call within two hours. Because of the nature of the problem, a separate visit to provide an estimate was unnecessary. Al told me that his minimum charge for such a service is $75.00. We agreed that the service would be performed on the following Monday. Al showed up in mid afternoon as promised and the service was performed quickly and painlessly. I was very impressed with his professionalism. The wasps are history. I would definitely hire Bethwood Pest Elimination again.

From beginning to end, the experience was smooth. Based on reviews here on AL, I called the business phone and left a message. My call was returned within two hours, and a date was set for the initial site inspection (which was free). After the owner visited the house (he was highly personable and extremely competent), he provided me with all information on paths forward. A treatment option (recommended by him) was determined, and a date was set for the extermination. He arrived on time, did a thorough job, and described in detail what to expect and to call him if there were any problems. A month later, we have seen many dead ants and no more running rampant in our house. I would highly recommend Bethwood Pest Elimination services for the treatment of carpenter ants. I would expect other extermination services to be equally as professional and thorough. He also guarantees his work for a year, with the option to re-up at the end for a reduced fee.

I saw termites in my driveway and called Al at Bethwood. He made appt for free inspection. He arrived on time, looked at the outside of house, inspected the basement thoroughly. Discovered minor evidence of past activity inside, major evidence of past activity outside (which I knew about and had repaired). He said he could apply treatment if I wanted but he didn't think it necessary. He advised "watch and wait." I got good advice at no cost. If I do have problems in the future, I will call Bethwood, because Al was honest with me and did not try to get me to buy unnecessary service or contracts.

In our recently purchased home we had seen sawdust where the foundation met the wall in a couple of places, and were quite concerned that we had termites. We called Bethwood and Al came the very next day. He walked carefully through the basement with us, checking not only the places where we had noticed sawdust but also throughout the basement's perimeter and overhead in the joists. Then he told us there was nothing to worry about. The sawdust showed no signs of termites and was likely the residue of work cutting holes for pipes, attaching phone lines, etc. He offered advice about what we can do to protect the house against termites and noted a few places where foam could help close off small holes against rodents when cold weather comes. Al could have taken us to the cleaners, but charged us nothing. How refreshing to deal with a professional who's so honest and helpful (and a wonderfully nice guy to boot)! Living in an area where many homes have had termite issues (as our house did in the past), we will very gladly pay him come for annual or every two-year inspections in the future.

He arrived exactly on time and had called before to be sure he was expected. He did a thorough inspection and was very generous in educating me in both warning signs and home protection. He also applied chemical treatment externally and now 2 weeks later we have no more ant problem. That's what I like when I hire someone - a problem solved. And finally, as he was leaving I asked about another garage workshop I have that is at the other end of the property. He generously said, "hey I'm here now how bout I take a look." This was done gratis and he made some excellent pest prevention suggestions. I am very satisfied and will be having him come by for annual inspections. And I found him here on ANGIE'S List.

They are very good. They did a good job. We still have some problems but it’s not their fault. They are very friendly and prompt. They are worth it and they provide the services that they advertise. I will use their services again in the future.

We found him online. It's a small business. He got right back to us when we called him. He was very helpful. He knew his job and was very easy to work with. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. We felt comfortable with them. He didn't make us feel that he was trying to take advantage of a situation if we asked him about something else.

Contact by phone and in person were timely,personable, and professional from start to finish. All questions were answered, and service included a one-year guarantee if repeat treatments were needed. Would not hesitate to hire again.
