The business carries the toilet that in my research has the best flush mechanism on the market.They have a great showroom. I ordered the toilet and it came in less than one week. The plumber who installed it came when scheduled and did professional work. I am very satisfied with the entire service.

He was functional, he was quick, he was efficient, and he knew what he was doing. It was well worth it!! Paid $100.00 extra b/c it was an emergency. I am a first time user and would use again! Very satisfied!

More important than this service call, I have had dealings with Avon Plumbing for more than 30 years for indoor plumbing services and outdoor plumbing service for my well. They have the most professional and competent service men. Telephone contact has alway been pleasant and professional. Return calls always timely. Prices are reasonable, not cheap, but worth the "extra" for quality.

We have used Avon Plumbing since 1984, may they be in business forever! They were involved in a major home remodel in '84 and have done other jobs large and small for us since. This tub replacement had to be done within 2 specific weeks and they and the tiler accomplished that, leaving the house neat and clean every day. In our past experience, if there has been a problem with their products or installation, they bend over backward to make everything right.

They’ve been great. They’ve been responsive, they do a good job, and they clean up their mess. I wouldn’t say it is inexpensive but plumbing work isn’t; I wouldn’t expect them to come and cut me a huge deal. We may hire them to replace our copper piping but we are getting several quotes to make sure. We have no problems with them. They didn’t repair the drywall that they had to cut out but we knew that coming in so that’s okay.

Exceptional work. On time, on budget. Worked very clean and left no mess.

They did a great job. They were expensive, but got the job done in a responsive manner. It was an emergency situation and they came and fixed it. They were a family owned company and have been around for at least 2 generations. They have been doing very good work. They were never cheap, but they do job properly. I would use them in future.

It was fine they came out on a Friday to give a quote (for a very very slow leak) and came back on Tuesday to fix it.

Excellent service and prompt attention. Plumber used shoe covers when entering the house to keep dirt off our hardwood floors. He was quick with estimate and came in at his predicted price. Work was done within the 2 hours promised and he offered to do preventive work on our other toilet in the time remaining (which was not charged extra).

I called several times but had to leave messages and never was able to speak to anyone. I received two abrupt messages on my voicemail indicating that I needed to keep trying to reach them if I wanted to speak with someone. I was disappointed that Avon Pand H's customer service did not live up to their reputation. If they aren't even polite and helpful when I am offering them an opportunity to sell me a service worth $6000-$8000, I can't imagine what they must be like after they have someone's money and an issue arises that needs attention.

Avon Plumbing has done a lot of work for us in the past. They are punctual, do quality work and professional. We have used their services for a long time and we will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs.

The entire job was done in just under an hour, which is the minimum charge for a service call. Peter was very professional, and cleaned up before he left. He also arrived in the 2-hour window I was assigned, and I got a call about 10 minutes before they arrived to be sure I was ready. I have used Avon Plumbing many times, for repairs and for the installation of new products, and have never been disappointed. They are on time, and have what they need on the truck.

The sink is no longer leaking, and I have a good flow of cold water into the washer. HOWEVER, $200.00 for these 2 very simple fixes seems pretty high. He wasn't here very long (30 min?). We just moved here from an area with a very high cost of living, and even there I wouldn't have paid this much!!

Jim, the repair person, was cordial, prompt, and efficient.

THEY DO GREAT WORK AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAVE FIXED IS WORKING AND IN GOOD CONDITION. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THREE YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED. THEY SEEM TO ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS IN THE REST OF OUR HOUSE AND THEY PICKED UP ALL THEIR TOOLS BEFORE LEAVING.
