Description of Work: Guy showed up late. He plugged up only a few entrance areas. Set one trap, returned days later, no follow up as to what he found. I had told him I wanted to pay for my garage to be cleaned & sanitized - no follow up here either. The service I paid for stated they would plug any entrance ways found - this service was not performed. All he did was pull dirt away from the house in many areas. I feel like I was scammed.

Description of Work: They caught some mice. I don't really know if they stopped up the mice entry areas. They didn't finish the job, said they'd be back, stood me up twice for appointments & still haven't come back. They rarely answer the phone. Don't know what the problem is but I still have mice & they have my money.

Description of Work: Chris was a complete professional, he went through our entire house inside and outside, up to the roof, in the attic and under crawlspaces. He closed up and sealed any tiny spaces where any rodent could be getting into our house, including nailing down siding and caulking up along the chimney from top to bottom. He set mouse traps and also showed us a bat problem we didn't even know we had in the attic. We have been hearing mice in our walls for years and since his visit we have not heard a sound. He will return in the spring to hang netting to prevent bats from getting back inside the attic. Although the price was a bit high, they garantee we will not have a single rodent in the house for at least three years...if that holds true, then the price is completely worth it.

Description of Work: We had some squirrel problems. They set traps and filled in the holes to the house. They have a 2 year warranty.
