Extremely expensive "a-la-carte" pricing from a book, whether job takes 10 minutes or 10 hours. Bad value for a small job like this pipe repair. Tech was very personable and knowledgeable, but spent more time trying to sell protection plans and services from the parent company's stable of related businesses than just doing the repair.

Scott was very professional but also personable. He was friendly and courteous. Customer service and quality of work were good. I personally think the price is a little steep for a blockage but that is more than likely an industry standard. Overall happy with my choice.

It took 5 days to get an appointment. At the time of the appointment I was called and told that they would be there one day late. The work was grossly over priced. I was charged $636 to replace 2 cutoff valves and an out door spigot. I got retail pricing for the parts and found the cost of parts and supplies for the job to be $75. The work was completed in less than 90 minutes. If you round the time up to 2 hours that makes their labor rate $280/hr! The technician said they use a fixed pricing scheme and that there was nothing he could do about the price. I will not use them again ever.

With tax it cost me $319 to have a bath tub unclogged. The service technician was great and he was there when he said he would be but $289 plus tax for a job that took less than an hour seemed high which is why I rated the value of the service where it was.

Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and pricey. Called me almost immediately after I entered my need on Home Advisor. Got plumber to me within a couple of hours. Plumber wasted our time with a pitch on how his company works. They had the new heater in stock, and delivered it quickly, but I thought the job was rather pricey. Since our laminated flooring had been flooded, he hooked us up with ServPro .(I'm sure he got a kickback), who came with hot air blowers and dehumidifiers, and ripped up the flooring. If the plumber hadn't pushed us that way, we'd probably be dealing with mildew.

Although both technicians was pleasant and was were able to provide upfront pricing, and instal the water pressure tank on the second visit, Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber was not. They were supposed to show up between 8-11 am. Then at 1:30 the office called and told us that the plumber would be late, and if it was okay for him to show up between 11-12. He actually showed up after 12. My father was at the house, and he had no choice but to say okay and wait the extra hours. As far as they lateness guarantee and paying for showing up late is total BS. I called the office, and was told that they would not pay for being late.. bewar
