Responded quickly and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Very professional service. The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is because they seemed a bit pricy.

They were very good about coming on a Saturday for the estimate and the work. I decided to have them install the tiptoe drain and it works very well. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was done. I was very disappointed though that the original estimate did not mention a $40 fee that was charged to us on the day of the work as a "standard flat fee" for doing the work. Had I know this, I may have tried to find something else for him to work on while he was there. Good work, but deceptive pricing.

They came almost emedieately, started the job and did it well. The only problem was that the tried to sell me things that I didn't really want. Over all the P! was verry knolgable and did his thing verry well.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very responsive - arriving within 3 hours after my call for an emergency repair. They fabricated and installed two new shut off valves for my kitchen sink and it was still under $200, which was better than what we were expecting.

They were great!! They came out and gave me the estimate and said they could do it that day!!! It was wonderful not to have to take another day off for them to complete the project!! I will use them again when I need plumbing!!

A half an hour after signing up on service magic, i recieved a call from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They came out the same day ( 2 hours later, no extra charge), resolved the issue and gave me 25 dollars of my next repair. Awesome service.

The initial Consultation was very professional. The Person that came out to measure where the old Pump was located measured wrong. Resulting in more Money for digging(3 Hours) and a huge Hole in my Garden.On the Day the work was done the Guys were late.Then they tried to push us into buying several other things that we don't need (waterless Tank, etc.)wich we declined.Our Budget was $ 4000 . In the End we had to pay over $ 7000.We wouldn't have hired them if they were this pushy at Consultation.

They came over to give a price and they then proceeded to do everything I asked. (remove a solar tank and piping, install a new water tank, install a washer/drain box and unclog my drain) all in one day and you wouldn't know they were there
