They did a great job, did what the said they would do and on time.

Scott was very professional but also personable. He was friendly and courteous. Customer service and quality of work were good. I personally think the price is a little steep for a blockage but that is more than likely an industry standard. Overall happy with my choice.

Not only was the price much higher than I expected, the estimator was not very well prepared. Could not show me the hardware or trim I would be purchasing.

They came over and they wanted to charge me an absurd amount to replace the water heater. I called someone else and it was less than a third the price and they did a professional job installing the water heater and I also got and expansion tank and a couple of others things for less. These people are a rip off and I would never again call them.

It took 5 days to get an appointment. At the time of the appointment I was called and told that they would be there one day late. The work was grossly over priced. I was charged $636 to replace 2 cutoff valves and an out door spigot. I got retail pricing for the parts and found the cost of parts and supplies for the job to be $75. The work was completed in less than 90 minutes. If you round the time up to 2 hours that makes their labor rate $280/hr! The technician said they use a fixed pricing scheme and that there was nothing he could do about the price. I will not use them again ever.
