RRS explained in detail what was happening and the options we had. We had the inside of the tanks replaced with new plumbing and they work like a charm now with no water leakage. Plumber was clean, polite, knowledgeable, and on time. We had purchased two hours of time on an Angie's List coupon. It was a great deal. The parts, of course, were extra (as the Angie's List coupon had said they would be) but were very reasonably priced. This experience was with a competent and honest plumber and we would us him again gladly!

Installation took a couple of hours as Danny had to determine which parts needed to replace and run to the supper to obtain replacement parts.

This company went above and beyond doing the job. If I was able to rate him higher than a A, I would of. Just excellent, and price was great. I would definitely use this company again.

Tech was on time and polite. Did not have parts required and had to go get them, The faucet still leaked--possibly faulty parts. I had to have someone here cut a hole in the wall for him, because they can't do that. If I hadn't had someone here, the repair could not have been done. It ended up taking him half a day to do what was probably and hour job, but in the end it was done and seems to be done well.

I called Danny to make an appointment. He was courteous and worked around my schedule beautifully. He gave me a half hour window for his arrival then proceeded to arrive within that window exactly. The problem was quickly resolved! Danny insured that the work area was clean and took great care to not track any dirt, etc. through my home. I would definitely call Reliable Rooter again.

Great - Danny provided good advice on preventative measures so we didn't run into this in the future. Further, we though we may have needed a new garbage disposal and he advised not to replace it as it was in good working condition. We were just putting too much down the disposal for it to be effective.

When I called Danny, he asked questions about location of my clean-out and approximate length of line. He arrived on time and had the proper equipment with him. It took him very little time to set up and perform the operation of cleaning out the sewer line. Once the line had been cleaned, he went back in a second time to be sure everything was cleaned out. He was professional and kept the area clean. I will bring him back to do my clean-out next year!
