I called him a couple of times to set up when to do my job and then again to change the date, both times he was soo understanding and flexible to my schedule. I WILL use Danny again for other jobs, I am just THAT impressed with him and felt like he REALLY cared about the job he was doing for me. He took all the time I needed to ask questions and answered them very well, he freely offered suggestions for other things he noticed on my property as he crawled under my house and around the foundation... Description of Work: We were at the airport when we got a call from our tenants telling us about a drain backup. We called several providers who just couldn't get there soon. We hadn't used Reliable Rooter before, but he went right away even though it was after hours. We felt the charges were high. But considering the time, punctuality and distance he had to come it was probably reasonable, just difficult for us to pay.
