Description of Work: painted outdoor gate and railing

Description of Work: Three experienced house cleaners cleaned for 1 hour 20 minutes per each for total of 4 hours house work. They focused primarily on kitchen, bathrooms and floors of living room, master bedroom, study.

Description of Work: I was obtaining estimates for upgrade of a deck from various contractors. When Mr. Brobst came he did not want to provide an estimate without first having information from a structural engineer. Believe me that was a good thing given what I have since learned about the deck's history and condition. He provided me with an engineer's name who was quite reasonable and then even came back to be present during the inspection so that he could learn along with me. It was a busy summer for handymen in our area and I ultimately had to go with someone who had the time when I needed the work done, since Mr. Brobst could not work me into his schedule just then. However I greatly appreciated the time he took with me and his willingness to share information and suggestions even though he would not financially benefit. He is on my list to call for future projects that may come up.

Description of Work: Replaced brain of a Toilett

Description of Work: Scraped off wet plaster, re did plaster on wall, texture and paint. Everything was done well, with fast friendly service!

Description of Work: replaced kitchen faucet

Description of Work: Mr. Brobst is courteous, punctual, works quickly, and offers fair pricing. He: |1. Removed a leaking vent from our bathroom vent, replaced it with a new one, and sealed the area where the leak was occurring. |2. Installed a new fluorescent light fixture in the roof of our garage. |3. Repaired and replaced a broken portion of one of our roof downspouts. |4. Replaced a broken cover for the access hole to our attic crawl space. |He did the work in installments, because he had other jobs to do, but informed me up front that this would occur, and always called me when he would be back to continue the work. |He also was absolutely honest when he told me that because of the nature of the area around the leak in our roof, he was not absolutely certain that the roofing cement he applied would completely solve the problem. But, if it didn't he assured me that would be back to fix it.
