EnviroPest was great. He explained the product he was using, how it worked, answered all of my questions. Polite, professional. We are seeing fewer spiders.

They were able to help me and clear the ants.

Appointment was made same week that I called. Arrived on time and was very informative. Told me that they probably had moved on and that I could call again if I experienced any further problems. Did not try to talk me into setting traps at this time and said there would be no charge for the visit. I did receive a bill for $299.00 a few days later but it was followed with an apology call for sending out the bill by mistake.

Given a 2 hour window of arrival. Came 15 minutes prior to window and completed the job in about 25 minutes.

We were renovating our kitchen flooring, when we discovered an infestation of some kind of insects under one of our kitchen cabinets. We found Enviropest on Angie's List. They were also highly recommended by the people doing our renovation as well. We called them, and the owner came out within a few hours that same day. He didn't recognize the type of insect since there were no signs of adults, although he did know it was a type of beetle. He did a through inspection of our home to see if there were any other area's of concern. He took samples to research, and called back that same evening to let us know what it was and what we needed to do about it. I have severe sensitivity to pesticides, so he had a treatment that I would be able to tolerate but would take care of the situation. He came out the next morning, and very efficiently applied the treatment, making sure that it would do the job, but confining it to a protected area so our small dog would be safe. He also guaranteed his work for a very reasonable time. He also efficiently plugged a hole that might cause problems in the future where our air conditioner pipe seal had come off. We found him to be very knowledgeable, and helpful in understanding the life span of the insect, and how to prevent more problems. We will definitely call Enviropest of Loveland again for prevention and any other pest issues we may have.

We thought we had squirrels in the attic. Enviropest spent a lot of time looking for signs of squirrels or an opening they could use to get into the attic, but didn't find either. They concluded that they had been on top of the roof making noise, not inside. As a result, they charged us nothing! The squirrels have not been back, so they were right.

I feel the service with this contract will take care of any pest problem now that we've started with them including mice and bugs. It's a comprehensive coverage. They have always been responsive to what I need done. I like the service technician. It's been the same technician even after they changed their name.

It is always the same guy that comes out and it's really nice. The price was pretty reasonable.

They did a wonderful job. They were polite, efficient, and they told me everything they were going to do before they did it so that I knew what was going on. They were very timely in what they did. I don't think the price was outlandish.

They are all over the place. They spray for insects and put mouse traps. They chase away rattle snakes. They are very thorough but I think they are overpriced. They are a kind of mixed bag but they are good. They are just too expensive.

I have been using them for years. I have a contract with them and I just pay them when they come out. I have no idea how much I pay them when they come out. I was satisfied with them. They're good. If they don't get the problem the first time, they'll come back at no charge and fix it. I will use them again in the future.

I had a raccoon invade the attic space in my garage. It chewed a hole in the roof. I found this company on Angie's List. They set up a one-way trap so the raccoon would go out and not come back in. He also gave me information on insurance and such.

There aren't any more bats and it's awesome. I don't remember of having any problems with them. They got the job done.

The guys came as appointed and did a good job on the bugs. Another expert was to look at the mice. They said there was no solution to the mouse problem that they could provide. They didn't have any answers to what could be done. The mouse wins this round with Enviropest. No charge for them coming out to look. I went on line and got some ideas. Hmmmm mice and cats don't play well but the pest control company didn't suggest it.

We had yellow jackets in our ceiling. They ate through the the drywall in the ceiling and were in our Kitchen/Dining Room. After finding the service through Angie's List and looking at their website where they were on Tom Martino's referral list, I gave them an after hours call since their website said to call 24 hours a day. I got through to the call service and left a message. They didn't call me back the next morning as would be expected. This was strike 1. I ended up calling them directly. In my interactions with setting up the service call, they were very professional and accommodating. They set up for a technician to come out Friday morning. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and charged a reasonable price ($150). The only minor complaint is that they got poison dust on the BBQ grill outside. On the invoice he wrote that they would fix the drywall for ~$100 and told me someone would contact me through e-mail to set this up. No one contacted me for over a week so I had to call them. I did receive a very brief e-mail from Randi where he included a bid to do the work (repairing a small hole) for $300 which was 3X what was in writing on the initial invoice. I asked him about the price discrepancy and if he could lower the price if we did part of the work, such as painting over the repair, ourselves. I didn't get a response for a week so I had to follow up again. At this point, he was quite unhelpful and said it was $300 and that was that. I get the impression that they want to charge a high price since the job is small and and quot;not worth their time.and quot; This is quite unprofessional to not finish what you start and to jack the price up after the fact to make it worth your while. This has left me frustrated as I am left with a hole in my ceiling and a failure on the part of the company to finish their job after their initial work. I am also frustrated as I would expect more from a company with both high Angie's List ratings and a Tom Martino referral. Perhaps it is just the individual, Randi, and not the company as a whole since the receptionist and technician were very professional and helpful.

Enviropest has been a life saver for us. Living in the country we obviously get our fair share of bugs, which I do not want in my house. Enviropest came out very quickly after calling and first gave us an estimate and then provided the service of spraying for bugs and getting a mice problem under control. The service provided was wonderful and was exactly what the estimate was not a penny more. I have actually decided to sign up for their quarterly plan after being so impressed with their services. Also the great thing with this plan is if you have any bugs between trips they will come out right away with just a phone call to them and get rid of the pest at no additional cost. I can't imagine what I would do without Enviropest.

They are very punctual and good. Their products are good and safe because we have pets. Their products are very highly rated. When they leave all the bugs die so that's good. The people are very nice and friendly.

They did a good job, throughout the house. They paid attention to every corner of the house. The only drawback was they were supposed to comeback for a follow up 2 weeks after setting up the traps, which didn’t happen. I then called them up and they were here the next day. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Technician was great!!! Very informative about how the ants/wasps were coming in and what else we could do to help with that, he was very thorough and professional. This is the second time we have used this company and are VERY pleased!!!! Also they are able to put down preventative chemicals outside the house, which as a mom I really like as opposed to the indoor stuff with kids and animals!

The job went very well. They are professional. They did it in a short period of time. They showed me what was going on. They were very clear on what they were able to control and what they weren't. They were able to talk to me about their extended service.

The technician arrived within the schedule time and was very polite. He took a look around the property and asked questions about the pest we had seen. He then listed the services that could be done and gave me a quote with the price breakdown. Unfortunately he didn't seem to have the correct prices because when the charge across on my credit card the price was half of what I was quoted. Anyway after choosing a option he went about spray quickly and left an invoice and information on the chemicals used.

No squirrels were found and boarded up an area where squirrels could potentially go. Went out of his way to provide a thorough inspection by going on the roof on the other side of the house and attic.

Very professional and thorough. No high sales pressure. Laid out our options for us and gave us an estimate.
