This review applies to pet owners. I just got back from spending the morning at the vet with my dog. An Enviropest technician left an open bucket of rat poison behind after refilling bait traps. Luckily, I caught my dog in the act of eating it, and was able to get him to the vet quickly to induce vomiting. He has to be on medicine for the next 3 weeks, to prevent the possibility of internally bleeding to death, and he also needs to be under constant supervision to make sure his condition remains stable.

Harrison supports the area around Firestone and he is an absolutely incredible person to work with. Punctual, knowledgeable, sharp. He has found entryways for mice that I would have never thought of, and the traps have now caught more mice in just a few days than I had in weeks.

My business has been using EnviroPest for a little over a year now. They are incredible! Definitely some of the most professional and kind people I've ever worked with. They addressed all of our issues and then some. Our regular technician, Casey, is the best. He is polite, kind, and very resourceful.

We obviously had a mouse problem in the garage (litter, excrement). Had view signs of a mouse in the home. On Monday, the 31st, Technician came and set out some traps. Had arranged for on-going service for a few months ( forget exact length). Said they would get back to me shortly. The next day or two, we saw a mouse in the bedroom. We emailed and called Enviropest on the 6th (Labor Day) to report it, and to ask when the follow-up would occur. On the 8th, they set an appointment for the 17th. A couple days later, I found mice in two traps that I had set out in the garage. I paid them $249 for the initial period. After that, its $29 per month. A couple days later I saw a mouse in the garage. Yesterday (15th), I saw a mouse in our kitchen. I also saw many mouse turds in our recycling bin (cleaned out cans) that were in the garage. I thought they were coming today (16th), but today realized I was mistaken. They are scheduled to come tomorrow (17th). I eagerly await them for tomorrow because the mouse problem has become far worse than it was. I wish they had done their followup much sooner. In this review, I am required to say Yes, or NO, that I would hire them again. At this point, I am uncertain. I am certainly disappointed so far. I am saying "yes" for now, but that will change if I am not satisfied.

Great! Customer service, knowledge, promptness -- all of it. And no high pressure to upgrade to services I don't need. I'm on a year-round plan, pay a monthly amount, and can call them anytime I need an application in addition to my regularly scheduled treatments. This time around I also learned how careful they are not to spray flowers where bees and butterflies could land and be killed by the applied spray. I'm very satisfied.

Always shows up within stated arrival time and does all the work without interrupting my day

The service went extremely well. Zach did a wonderful job and explained what he was doing with the products used for treatment. Zach noticed and removed a wasp nest; which I hadn’t even noticed. Zach was polite and professional; I will be using the treatment plan in the future.

I have used EnviroPest for over 7 years at my old home in Windsor and now my new home. Both homes were newly constructed, and I could not be happier with their regular, reliable, and effective work at eliminating pests like spiders, ants and wasps. They are a joy to work with and I recommend them as highly as possible. Please give these folks--my technician is Billy--a try. You won't be sorry. I have them on a regular plan and am never bothered by outdoor pests.

Jacob Schug was beyond awesome...I couldn't have asked for more from a service technician. He was prompt, well informed, professional and focused. I would recommend asking for him for all your pest control needs. He was an absolute rock star!

Great office communication to start and great understanding of what we wanted. The service rep who actually did the application could not have been nicer or more attentive to what we wanted, needed and what he could do to help. Billy was awesome and knew exactly what he could do to solve our problem.

Brett reviewed everything he would be doing and then carried out the work.. When we 1st hired EnviroPest several years ago, we had just bought the house and had inherited a mouse problem. Brett cleared up the problem and found 2 places they might be getting in and plugged. We have not had a problem since. He also has kept the bugs away.

My attendant knocked and visited with me on special needs and then did an excellent followup on those requests. I particularly have a persistent wasp issue. Hope it completely covered. I really appreciated the personal inquiry and service.

They always do a consistently excellent job and are extremely professional and punctual. The one time we had a mouse, it was literally dead within 10 minutes of them setting traps and we haven’t had another one since. We also had had an issue with ants; they came out as soon as they could to deal with the problem, treated our home, took care of the ants, and have remembered to continue to treat for them ever since so we have never had another issue. I highly recommend their services!

The staff at Enviropest was fantastic to work with. They really get excited about us having no more problems with pests. They respect our home and unless requested, all the work is done outside the home to create a pest barrier. They services our out-buildings as an included cost, not extra. Happy in any way possible to help out this company. It's very much an affordable addition to your home.

Setting traps and spraying for a carpenter ants. Cody Was extremely professional friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing, the different options, and what to expect. Really found their service helpful and would definitely use them again.

EnviroPest was at our house less than 2 hours after I called them! Their technician was professional and very knowledgeable! No harm to the squirrel and no more visitors in the attic!

I have used Enviropest regularly for over 7 years. They are a marvelous company and I couldn't ask for more in terms of my insect pest control. Billie remembers each year where the wasps tend to nest in my yard and he is diligent about destroying those nests before they become inhabited, and then spraying regularly to keep them at bay. Likewise he knows the spider behavior around my patio and I never have a problem. This is just a fabulous family owned company and they really care about their customers. i can't recommend them more highly than by saying that I have used them all year, each year for about a decade.
