Victor worked quickly and did not try to upsell me. His assessment was careful and provided information I did not think of while doing my own research/assessment. He provided multiple options and explained the services in detail. I signed up for the monthly service as I was so impressed with Victor’s work. Will not go anywhere else unless Victor leaves.

he did a very thorough inspection, did not find anything inside the house - we were so grateful to find out the bug bites must have happened outside! well worth the inspection fee!

They found where the mice were getting in, set traps and as of now no more mice. They came to the house three times to set the traps, inspect the traps and remove them

Very informative and helpful about the pests we have and how to deal with them

Brett came out and explained what needed to be done. He set "snap" traps in the house (these were in cardboard boxes so our dog or grandchildren couldn't access them) and bait stations outside the house - these were child & dog proof. He came back multiple times until the problem was solved. He even dealt with the snakes that were caught in the snap traps! We signed a year contract with them to continue the bug/mouse issues - best thing ever.

Victor is very professional. Has a sincere interest in my concerns that I might have wild animals in the attic. Was a very good experience. Victor is very knowledgeable and thorough. Would use this company again for any pest issues I might encounter.

The positives, VERY nice, VERY professional folks show up to deliver the services. The negative, they don't work. They basically put some mouse traps in the garage (and didn't mention we needed to check and change them.) and the house is still got lots of spiders and webs all over the place...we'll try someone else in the Spring. for $33.00 a month, I'd expect a lot more . . .

First of all, the advertisement on Angie's list quotes, and quot;Free Estimatesand quot;. This is an untrue statement. They would not send anyone out until we agreed to pay the $89.00 assessment fee, and they said this fee would apply toward any elected treatment. Second, our technician was on time. He was very friendly and very thorough. He said he had never seen a bathroom exhaust infestation before. When we figured out the source of the insects in our three bathrooms, we taped up all of the exhaust vents with clear packing tape as to prevent any further infestation. Our tech took a couple of samples from our tape, and then he caught a LIVE insect on a new piece of tape. He got on his phone, looked up the bug he caught, said he was 99% sure it was a and quot;Spring-something-or-otherand quot;, but he wanted to take it back to his lab for a positive ID. He said he would try to be back to treat us before he went on vacation, or he would have one of his fellow techs treat our problem in his absence. He did all of the handling of the sample that he took. We offered a zip lock bag and a white piece of paper to put his tape sample on, but he declined our offers. He said the sample will be just fine in the floorboard of his truck. We never heard from anyone for the next 10 days. After we left several messages for our tech to call us, one of the office ladies ended up calling us. She said the sample that our tech took was unidentifiable because the sample was too damaged! I explained to her that it was indeed their tech that caught the sample, LIVE, and said it would be fine in his truck. She said we were welcome to drive to their office (which is in another town from us) and bring in another sample. I advised her that we just spent our time and their REQUIRED $89.00 fee on the first sample, and have yet to receive anything for it. I again requested a call from the tech, himself. A different office lady called, and offered a refund of our $89.00. She did not offer to simply do the job we originally request of them, but immediately offered a refund. We are extremely dissappointed that a company finds it easier to offer a refund than simply standing behind their word and just doing the job.

Casey is fantastic! He lives in the community and cares about his customers. He is professional and responsive. We had a couple of unusual situations given the rural setting, and he worked with us to resolve them.

It went fine over both visits. Technician emplaced traps in garage, a few in house, and bait boxes outside to kill mice. When he came back, he assessed activity and adjusted traps and baits as needed. He thoroughly sprayed outer eaves and foundations, and around all windows and doors to kill mice and insects. He also went around house and removed several wasps nests at the top of the house. Per their plan, they will come back in about a month and half and make adjustments as needed.

It was great! The technician has 30 years of experience, is very knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Additionally, he was on time and acted professionally and courteously. He did so well that we decided to hire the company for the job and, we will have them treat the house every two months.

Since our initial sign-up I've become more pleased. and quot;Boband quot; (I think) has been very pleasant to work with. He waited in our driveway one day when I'd forgotten to be home on time! He continues to explain why he's changing chemicals with each visit. I welcome him into my house. If I'm on a conference call he's very quiet. If I'm available he continues to explain what he's doing to help us. They've returned without fee in between services as well free of charge. I'm pleased.

Inspected for termites all around and under house. Dug out around corner of house sprayed termite nest, then filled the area back in. Could not even tell that they had been here. Very nice and professional.
