Buying a home is a stressful experience in itself. The home inspection was made less stressful due to great customer service and availability from Kyle. We were added to an already busy schedule and never felt that like we were an inconvenience as Kyle was readily available to answer any questions we had. The work was very thorough and we felt good about the entire process. We recommend them to anyone and will use them for any future home inspections.

The Neeley brothers are fantastic. This was our first time going through home inspection to buy our first house and Kyle/Drew were EXTREMELY thorough. Before even writing up the report, they did a full walkthrough of the house with us in person, walking us through everything that would be in the report so we fully understood their terminology and explanations of what needed to be fixed. I will certainly use their services again next time we are in market for a house and would recommend them to anyone buying a house! Great job, guys!

From the first phone call through the final report, I found this company extremely professional. They were able to do the inspection in my time frame, were on time, courteous, helpful and gave great explanations. They took very clear pictures and provided equally clear explanations in their final report which I received the same day as the inspection. Also, they did a very helpful "walk through" with me where they physically showed me items and provided explanations in layman's terms. I would hire them again!

I am a retired Realtor from Florida and have been on hundreds of Home Inspection with the Buyers. Now in Colorado our new home warranty is ending soon so I searched online for the best Home Inspectors available. I got the best for sure with Kyle and Drew ! Kyle and Andrew both came and performed amazing services, definitely would recommend them to anyone and everyone, easy to contact and ask questions, wasn’t very pushy they know the services they offer and they are very professional and knowledgeable, very helpful especially with pointing out how things worked and what needed to be addressed immediately and what needed to be monitored. They even helped with little things that warranty covered like paint spots or cabinets that were missing trim. Definitely would recommend and use them again! Cost was very reasonable especially with how thorough they were, services varied based off house size but definitely worth what I paid and more for what they found and gave me peace of mind!

Kyle and his brother did an excellent job. They came early, were incredibly flexible to fit my schedule and very thorough. I added radon testing last minute and Kyle accommodated that with ease. Both of them were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once they finished the inspection, they took me through the house and showed me everything and explained what certain issues may lead to, and home care tips. I got the incredibly detailed report that night and the report had pictures and recommendations for what to fix. It was a seamless process. I would recommend their services in the future, no doubt.

If you're looking for a very detailed and thorough home inspection, then Kyle is your guy. I hired Kyle to inspect a house I am planning to buy as an out of state buyer - therefore I was relying heavily on his report since I wasn't able to be there in person to inspect the home myself. From the first point of contact, Kyle was very friendly, informative, and answered all my questions and was able to put my mind at ease regarding any questions and concerns I had. I hired Kyle to inspect the property and he was incredibly thorough, and sent me a very detailed (and LONG!) report shortly thereafter. I will say that the length of the report was overwhelming and could have been laid out better so that as a buyer I could more easily ascertain which items were the big ticket/heavy hitters. Due to this, I went back many times to Kyle with additional questions and he was only too happy to answer, and take on my feedback regarding the report. I asked a lot of him, and he continued to provide me time and answered all my questions. All round nice guy, and very thorough report.
