I couldn't recommend A Neeley Home Inspection more - the team is very responsive, easy to coordinate with, communicate phenomenally and are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Upon arrival, Andrew gave me a thorough run-down of what to expect and asked for my run-down of what I've found so far. Coming up on my 12 months of home warranty, I wanted to make sure I was taking care of anything I could before it expired. I didn't expect 82 pages of high quality photos and descriptions of what to expect and what to prioritize! Also, their drone tech is pretty impressive for roof assessment. And reduces liability if they were to climb up there themselves ;) Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to have found 'A Neeley Home' for my new home inspection. The home that was inspected was only about 1 year, so I wasn't expecting to receive as thorough of a walkthrough of the home. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how detail-oriented Andrew was with meticulously looking at every detail of the house from the roof to the basement, and even the attic. He was able to point out some structural subtle problems that I would never have been able to find myself. He took his time, after finishing the inspection, to walk us through everything that he noticed, while simultaneously showing us photos to help us better understand everything he talked about. He also explained how certain parts of the house could be repaired in layman's terms and was very transparent about whether it was something that was more of an urgent vs. non-urgent matter. He returned a very detailed report back in a timely manner as well. Pricing was also very reasonable in comparison to other home inspection quotes we received. We are incredibly thankful to have found such a fantastic inspector and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a home inspection!

A Neeley Home (Kyle and Drew) were very detailed on their inspection. My home inspection was for new build with a semi-custom builder. I debated spending the money on an inspection given that I was building new and I am sure glad that I did. Kyle and Drew identified key issues that I would not have seen or known to look for during my pre-closing walkthrough with the builder. Additionally, I appreciated that they took time to help document cosmetic issues with the home. Both Kyle and Drew took the time to explain key findings during the inspection. I received the inspection report a day after the inspection. I appreciate that A Neeley Home is a locally owned business based in Northern Colorado. I would highly recommend A Neeley Home inspection if you're looking to purchase a new-build home.

We moved to Colorado without knowing anyone. We had heard of K. Neeley through neighbors in our future neighborhood. After stalking their social media posts and learning from their tips on what to look for etc, we decided to hire them to inspect our new home that was being built. They are very professional and explain everything so that I fully understand the how and why. I had heard many ppl wait til the 9 month mark of their one year home warranty. I highly recommend you hire Kyle to come out and inspect BEFORE closing!! It’s worth the money to have peace of mind. They are beyond thorough and have your back! I will no doubt have them come back out in 9 months for a follow up on our home.

Kevin and Drew did a fantastic job. They spent extra time answering our questions and reviewing all the defects found & possible mitigation. The final report was extremely comprehensive.

Not enough great things to say about A Neely Home Inspection Services! They are fanatic workers who were honest, trustworthy, and were time-efficient with our inspection reports, the couple times we had them out to our new-build site. We had them come to inspect our new-build home while it had just been finished being framed and they caught several things the builders were negligent of. The second time we had them out, our new-build was about finished. They worked around our schedule and were so accommodating when we had to reschedule a different date. We plan to have A Neely Home back out for a one-year inspection. I am so appreciative of the work these guys did, as they helped us have a more efficient and safe home. 100% recommend!

We are first time homebuyers in the process of closing on a quirky mountain home. The team from A Neeley took the time to explain everything they were seeing, and their written report has everything we need to negotiate with sellers and create a to-do list for smaller, DIY projects. They were easy to communicate with while we were gathering quotes, on time, friendly, and professional throughout. We don't plan on buying another home any time soon, but if we do, they'll be our first call!

Kyle was amazing to work with. Neeley Home Inspection is not the typical service business where you contact them and wait days for a response. He responded very quickly to text and phone calls, pretty much not matter what time of day it was. Very personable and easy to work with. You can tell he cares about his customers and strives to give them the best experience possible. He scheduled the inspection very quickly, within days of contacting him, and it was very thorough. He gives you a very detailed report that goes over every nook and cranny of the house and he explains it to you in a way that is easy to understand and he lets you know what things need addressed right away and what to keep an eye on. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a home inspection.

Absolutely amazing company and team. Extremely thorough. Will look in every nook and cranny and explains stuff in technical terms as well as explaining why stuff isn't right or is right with a home. Back story I was little nervous about choosing a home inspector due to hearing some horror stories. I shopped around a bit and settled on A Neeley due to the level of detail in their example report they sent over. I was extremely happy with how personable they were while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I had a first house inspected and they found tons of casually covered up issues that would've ended up being a money pit. I found another house and had them come out again. They were fantastic again. They found every nook and cranny, just like the first time. Explained the good and the bad of the house. They were fantastic for both houses. Extremely professional without being stuffy or stuck up. Splendidly thorough. Hopefully this second house works out, but I'm more than happy to ask for their help again.

Very informative and reassuring during a stressful time. Every step of the process was explained beforehand and a detailed rundown of major problem areas given once inspection was completed. The report that was given the following day may seem overwhelming but having the most detailed information with included visuals will allow me to make the best decisions going forward.
