Description of Work: Clean one of our customers houses

Description of Work: I cancelled the scheduled "spring cleaning" because the cleaners who showed up at my house were smoking cigarettes in their truck, very unprofessional looking (dirty, baggy clothes, etc.). They were two young men, which I wish I would have been told about beforehand because the expectation was that I would let them into my home while I was alone. Had I known that men were coming, I might have scheduled a time when my fiance could be home. They made me very uncomfortable, so I called the owner and cancelled. They may in reality be very professional, but when I am letting someone in my home while I am alone, and then subsequently leaving them there, I expect them to look professional and remotely trustworthy.

Description of Work: I found them here and was excited to get an appointment, but the time kept moving, which made it really hard for me to plan my day. They were friendly and courteous. Overall I'd say the service was pretty average. I was disappointed that neither of the garbage bins were emptied as that seems like it would have been pretty standard. They did clean some of the glass on the sliding doors which was nice and fix the grate at the bottom of the fridge that keeps falling off. Otherwise I feel that I received the service I paid for. As a point of reference, this is my frist time working with a cleaning "service", previously, I've only worked with private employees that have been referred by good friends, where they more flexible in the services they provide.

Description of Work: Im single and work a lot of hours and found it difficult to keep up with the vacuuming, dusting, and the deep cleaning from week to week and still enjoy some type of social life. I called West Side after seeing their reviews on Angie's list and they were everything they claimed to be. I've never used a cleaning service before so I didn't know what to expect as far as price so I'm not sure if the $95.00 monthly rate is a good price or not for a town home with limited use but its worth it for the convenience and ease of working with this company.

Description of Work: They showed up on-time (a little early actually) and did a great job. They made sure to discuss what areas I wanted cleaned in the limited time frame I paid for and did a great job at thuroughly completing the job in every place.

Description of Work: tried this service 3 hours cleaning for $60.00. They did a very complete job. They were friendly and worked the whole time they were here. I have ordered their service on a monthly basis. They cleaned kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and vacuumed and dusted 3 bedrooms, dinning room and living room. Excellent.

Description of Work: They were hired to clean the common areas of a 8 unit apartment building with 3 levels. She vacuumed the stairs and hallways, washed down all the doors and walls, cleaned the windows, cleaned the baseboards and mopped the tile floor on the main level. She has been hired to come back every other week!

Description of Work: I use them to clean my house every alternate week. They cleaned my new house so that I can move in and they cleaned my old house too.

Description of Work: They come every other week and clean my entire 2400 square foot house. They wash the windows, counter tops, vacuum the rugs, sweep the porch, etc. We have no contract.

Description of Work: Full house cleaning. They dust, vacuum, scrub bathrooms, kitchen, wood floor, mop, organize dresser tops, beat out throw rugs, wax wood areas and railings. We supply the cleaning supplies. If we are out of something they leave us a note. They come once every two weeks.
