Based on their excellent service, I scheduled a continual bi-weekly cleaning service. Will also have them back for window cleaning - inside, outside, and screens.

We have been using West Side Cleaning since 2005. When I first considered using a cleaning service my husband said, "there is no way any one will be able to live up to your standards of cleanliness". Well, I am happy to report he was WRONG, West Side Cleaning takes the time and pays attention to detail. My house has been immaculate since we have started using West Side Cleaning. We have also used them for window cleaning in the past and they have done a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. We have moved several times due to jobs and West Side Cleaning has followed us the entire time. We have used West Side Cleaning with the cleanings before moving into a new house and before moving out of our old houses. West Side Cleaning's staff is extremely caring, reliable, efficient and affordable! I find myself racing my family home on cleaning days to enjoy that freshly cleaned smell and the immaculate house before the kids return it to tornado status! The workmanship of the crew was superb. When they arrived, they gave me a business card. We went over the work to be done, they gave an estimate and I could then decide whether to proceed or not with the job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. It was a large job and they paid attention to detail - even removing some panes of glass in storm doors in order to get at both sides to clean the pane. They vacuumed out the tracks which no other window service company has ever done before. The crew knew how to handle different types of windows as some windows have a tint on them - again no other company that I used in the past seemed to have this knowledge. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome company. I have used this company for over 2 years. Barb, the owner, is very professional and scheduled the appointments to fit my schedule - usually at the last minute because I have guests arriving! Her crew of two were also very professional, on time, and respectful of my home. They wash windows inside and out, remove screens,clean, vacuum the tracks and put everything back looking spotless. In the event of rain, they will reschedule and have been very flexible and accommodating. Their service is a great value and saves me tons or hard work. I would highly recommend West Side.

We have our home cleaned every two weeks. They are always prompt and courteous. Our house always shines afterwards.

My neighbor uses their services frequently, so I figured I'd give them a try. My windows have never looked better! I expected the standard "Windex and paper towel" cleaning, this was QUITE the opposite. Daniel and Allen came out in full window cleaning gear, and made them sparkle. My windows were so clean you couldn't even tell they were there! Not only did they clean the glass, but the screens and tracks, too. The house cleaning I received far passed my expectations. I have had a few other cleaning companies clean my house before, and let me tell you; no other company compares to the level of thoroughness, professionalism, and excellence that West Side Cleaning provides. I will be a life long customer of West Side Cleaning and will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs these services!

We got them off Angie's List. We were very satisfied. We would probably call them again. They were efficient and they came well prepared. They did exactly what we asked them to do. I was very satisfied with everything that they did. They were on time. They made an appointment when I wanted them to be used.

I had a very good experience with them. They did a good job. They were honest, cooperative, and not terribly punctual but okay.

We showed them the house and asked them to use our Rainbow carpet sweeper rather than their carpet sweeper because the Rainbow doesn't put dust into the air and captures the residue in water. Daniel told me the price for the initial cleaning would be $160, and I told him I needed to call Barbara because I had understood the cost would be $80 to $90. Daniel told me that it was standard procedure to charge $160 for the first time. I considered it and told him that would be fine. Daniel went outside and after a phone call to Barb they decided they couldn't use our sweeper, and told us that doing a cleaning for us "wasn't a good fit". I agree that using them wasn't a good fit.

I have used their services for almost a year. I am still happy with the service & the guys do a great job! Barb is easy to get ahold of if needed, that's an A+ in my book as well.

After several negative experiences with other cleaning services (broken objects in house, ruined carpet, dogs left in the rain all day) I found West Side Cleaning on Angie's list. Barb came to my home, did a walk-through and gave me an estimate for cleaning service. I have been using her service for over 8 months now and have been very satisfied. She is very clear about what her folks will and will not do. They are kind to our dogs and that is very important to us. Barb is very easy to get in touch with when necessary. The only thing that would make this service better would be if we could pay by credit card, but this is of course a very small aspect and certainly not a complaint. Barb has given us coupons for discounts on some of the cleanings, which I feel is a nice touch not offered by any other service we have used. I highly recommend West Side Cleaning.

I am happy with the house cleaning, I was not happy with the window cleaning. They did not do my windows with this particular deal. The house cleaning is fine. I think that they are reasonable. I will use them for house cleaning. They did not clean the seals on my windows. I wanted them to do the windows, tracks and seals.

We originally contacted them as another house cleaner couldn't meet our scheduled. They were very responsive and able to schedule us in within 2 days. They were very professional, called ahead, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job. We were so impressed that we have retained them on an every other week basis to clean. It is absolutely wonderful to know that they will show up when you expect them too, do a great job, and you can come home to a fabulous house !!

Quality of the work is a somewhat subjective judgement, and depends finding a good match between the characteristics and preferences of a particular worker and customer. The owner of this business was very responsive and helpful in letting us try several different workers before establishing a regular cleaning schedule using one particular worker who meets our needs. The owner has also been helpful and flexible in making occasional changes in the cleaning schedule when necessary to accommodate our travel schedule.

When I hired Westside cleaning, I thought it would go much better than planned. Although they called ahead, they were a few hours late and our condo cleaning was the last appointment of the day. It was a cleaning in between our tenants. The overall quality of the cleaning was very mediocre. A few notes: After they cleaned the frig, they left it off and all of our tenants food was spoiled. The oven was barely wiped out. The bathrooms were just wiped out. I couldn't tell the difference of cleaning before or after. Once they arrived, they quoted me a price of $175 and then the owner claimed that I owed an additional $20 for an extra bathroom that was already cleaned prior to them arriving. By the end of this experience, I was so tired of working with this company that I won't use them again. To their credit, after some discussion, she finally did compensate me for the spoiled food and mentioned that they would come out again to clean.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive, professional, and courteous. Quality of window washing was excellent, and though the coupon didn't include all the windows, the extra cost was very reasonable. I would use them again.

We asked for a quote for several locations. They gave me a price per window, not wanting to bother to go to the locations and work up an actual quote.

They said the home in Castle Rock was too far away.

The whole West Side team was extremeley punctual and professional. Never did we experience porr quality of service and were constantly pleased. We also foudn them to be quite affordable especially given the level of service they provided.
