I was told when I called to report my problem that a technician could come the following morning. He called ahead, and I asked whether I should empty the refrigerator. He indicated that I need only empty the freezer, and that he would arrive in about 20 minutes, which he did. He identified the problem quickly, told me what he would do to correct it and that he had the part on his truck, and told me the cost. He worked efficiently, and solved the problem. I have not had any further problems.

Called Jensens to come out and work on it on a Thursday, they couldn't come until Monday. Monday came, no repairman. When I called, they said someone lost the ticket and they couldn't come again, until later in the week. Repairman was 3 hours late, arriving after 5pm. Took the machine back off, said that the bearings were blown, but he didn't know what it would take to fix it. Then charged time and a half, because he arrived (3 hours late) after 5pm. Called back the next day to say it would be another $850 to fix the machine. Called Sears and they fixed the machine for $298.00. Certainly won't call Jensen's again!

The repairman arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained his diagnosis and scheduled a follow-up day to install a new circuit board that had to be ordered. He again arrived at the scheduled time and quickly installed the circuit board on the second visit, fixing the problem. I would use Jensen Appliance again for any appliance repairs we need in the future without hesitation.

Very professional, curteous, quick. Didn't have the part with them so they ran back to the warehouse to get it and were back in 15 minutes to finish the installation. I would hire them again.

Jensen Appliance was able to come out same day (Friday) to look at our refrigerator and diagnose the problem. I was given a time window of 2-4pm (and warned it could be closer to 4pm). Technician showed up at 3:55pm, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, called to see if they had the part in stock, and when they did not, said they would be able to install it probably on Monday. I did not receive a call by Noon on Monday, so I called Jensen and was told that Tuesday would probably work better (which was my preference anyway). Technician called Tuesday morning to confirm time of 2-4pm. I called at 1:30pm and had time narrowed to 3-4pm, tech showed up at 3:55pm. He was polite, had the part, quickly replaced it with a total repair time of 15 minutes. Overall this company was on time, quick and did a great job. My only complaint is that I had to pay for the service call on Friday ($55), plus labor on Tuesday ($70), plus the part ($65 + tax).

It was easy to schedule an appointment and work with their personnel. They came to the house prepared with the right tools and replacement parts. I would rather choose this company over any other appliance repair service.

The man was really nice and helped me get all the food out of the freezer. He had his tools all out right away and took the inside wall of the freezer out to get to the defrost unit. He showed me the part that wasn't working and talked with me about how much it would cost to replace it. He got one and came back the same day. He even helped me put the food back again. I was really comfortable with the repairman and he didn't try to sell me anything extra. He was polite, efficient and honest. I will always call this company again.

They were thorough & prompt. They came about the time they said & called if they were running behind. They called me when a part was ready to be installed.

JENSEN APPLIANCE IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY, FAMILY OWNED, AND OPERATED. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND REPLACED THE PARTS, UNDER WARRANTY AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE US, BECAUSE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD. THEY ARE FAST, COURTEOUS AND TREAT YOU AS A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED.
