Total waste of time.

Bill visited our home twice to measure window openings and give us a price estimate. He was prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable about the product. His price was competitive with other estimates that we obtained. We found him to be very easy to do business with. The work was performed on time as promised and we were extremely pleased with the result. We would highly recommend him and his installation team and would use his company again in the future.

The crew from DMD builders came in and basically gutted our family room and refinished the entire room from the dry wall in. They re-textured the walls and ceiling. They repainted the entire room. They replaced the light fixtures and ceiling fan. They replaced the 3 large windows with very good Anderson windows which have been great! They set-up the floor company to come in and tear up our old carpet and replace it with a very fine quality carpet. And they took care to keep our house as clean as possible. The best thing about the project besides the workmanship and the professionalism, was the price. We couldn't believe the value we got for our money! We'll use them again anytime we need remodeling work done!

DMD arrived on time and got right to work. Removing the old windows proved to be more challenging than expected, and the old tile window sills could not be saved. So, DMD's expert installer milled and installed new wood sills for us. (By the way the new sills gave our home a more contemporary look so this proved to be a unexpected benefit!) Despite having to make new sills, the job was done by the end of the day. We couldn't be more pleased with our new windows and DMD. Their installer, Eric is an artiste!

Windows were done in two groups. Living room and bedroom in one group, kitchen in the second. The sliding door was done as the final project. Total time was about 5 days over 3 weeks. The picture window and door required 2 people, the rest by a single master carpenter (and he truly was a craftsman--efficient, very high quality work, and a pleasure to work with). They accommodated our schedule, were completely trustworthy, and consulted with us throughout the project to ensure everything was done the way we wished. Each day the job site was completely cleaned, leaving no debris or dust inside or out. No window installation was begun unless the old window could be removed and the new securely installed that day. We have had two other projects done by DMD in the past 20 years. Their work remains excellent. The house temperature has remained comfortable through the summer and into late fall. There are no drafts, and placing your hand on a window is neither hot nor cold compared to the outside temperature. The house is much quieter because street noises are nearly inaudible. Overall, we could not be more pleased. The quality of the windows and DMD's highly professional workmanship was well worth the cost. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Our neighbors saw the work and subsequently had their entire house done by DMD.

THE WORKERS WE'RE ALWAYS ON TIME. THERE WAS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS AND HIS PROJECT MANAGER. THE OWNER INTRODUCED US TO THE PROJECT MANAGER AND WORKERS IN ADVANCE. THE OWNER WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF NEEDED. HE ALWAYS RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. HE ALSO RECOMMENDED OTHER CREDIBLE PROFESSIONALS TO US.
