 + 0 moreAs a handyman, I frequently contact the owners, tenants and buyers. Almost every one of them comments to me how nice and professional Ms Lutz is, without me saying a word about her. I think that her professionalism and attention to detail is worthy of publication and am taking this opportunity to do so. In fact, she occasionally nit-picks my work because she wants it to be a little better. I have met the electrician and HVAC man Ms Lutz uses, and they too speak highly of her. Note that I down graded her a little on punctuality because occasionally I meet her at a property so she can let me in, and she is sometimes a little late. She does, however, call to let me know when she will arrive.
Description of Work: First,let me qualify. I am a handyman, and Susan Lutz of Great Denver Rentals often refers me to her clients for minor repairs that her larger contractors will not touch. Ms Lutz both rents and sells homes, townhouses, and condos, speciaizing in higher end properties. She has not done any work directly for me (as in find a rental, or sell a house) but I have been aware of her work for several years,
