No communication that provider was not going to be able to make the appointment. Did not receive a call until 9/21/13 about miscommunication. I made the set appointment 9/2/13 for cleaning 9/18/13.

Anna was very responsive to my phone call/e-mail and we quickly set up a morning for her to come. She came fully prepared and went immediately into the "attack mode" for a very long overdue cleaning. Much was neglected due to health issues and I desperately needed help. I would say my kitchen now sparkles, and the refrigerator now looks like new. She worked on exactly what I asked for and then did an excellent vacuuming job throughout my condo. Anna was truly a delight, very congenial and pleasant, and definitely worked very hard to accomplish what she did. I highly recommend her and anticipate calling on her and her staff for future appointments. I read the excellent reviews from others and am positive they are all true and well deserved.

Anna did a wonderful job cleaning our house this week. We've tried several cleaners this year, and we found that Anna was more thorough and detailed than most have been. It was such a pleasure to find all of the little details - little crevices and corners - taken care of without us having to make a special request. Anna was also very pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. She worked with our busy schedule to fit in this first cleaning - and now we've hired her to clean our house on a bi-weekly basis going forward. I would highly recommend her services!

Anna is very accomodating when schedules change. For instance, this last visit I called her the day before to see if she would be able to come clean as I had a last minute showing planned for my home. She rearranged her schedule to help me. I greatly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. And I LOVE coming home to a clean house.

I am very pleased with the quality of the service that was provided and the professionalism of the providers. They cleaned three bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room/dining room and a bedroom, plus my very dirty oven. I asked for an estimate for future services and found that they are within my budget. I will be calling today to set up a regular schedule with them.

Anna was very accommodating with scheduling my appointment. I am in the middle of packing to move out-of-state and recovering from surgery, and setting a time was problematic. Anna was always patient and helpful, and even called to advise me that she had earlier open dates than the one I selected in case I was interested. Anna and her co-worker were very professional, cleaned everything perfectly, and even offered to clean my mini-blinds, something extra that I didn't anticipate, but very much appreciated. Because of their hard work I anticipate having to do minimal cleaning when I leave in a month to relocate. I'd use Advanced cleaning Services again in an instant!

I purchased a big deal from them. I called her twice to set it up. She called me back and was very nice but she is an hour away and could not perform the services.

Meela was polite and professional. My situation is that I have Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia and cannot do all the cleaning that is needed, especially the more physical jobs. The house was not filthy but there are some areas and hidden corners that have not been cleaned for a long time. I would not have believed that one person could clean the entire house in just three hours, but that is just what Meela did. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend Advanced Cleaning Service very highly.

Anna's team has been coming to our house for several months, doing housecleaning (vacuuming, cleaning kitchen, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, etc). They do a great job and the price is reasonable. We would recommend them.

Anna and her crew of two were wonderful. She is professional, and very thorough. I THOUGHT I kept my home fairly clean. My career keeps me very busy, and I just didn't have the energy to detail my home like I use to. When I arrived to check on their progress, I was amazed how much better everything looked! WOW! I have never had a house cleaner before and was therefore hesitant on my expectations as I am a very particular person and have struggled in the past with paying for a service that I would often feel like was not done to my satisfaction. Well...Anna has by far exceeded my expectations. I have never seen our furniture or hardwood floors gleam the way they do. Under furniture, on top of things, behind decorations...all cleaned. Cabinet doors cleaned, gooped up windows and doors from toddler fingerprints cleaned. She uses eco friendly products so the house doesn't smell like a chlorine bomb went off. I am soooo pleased we chose Anna's company to come and clean our home for us. I am excited to continue working with her. And on top of all of her attention to detailed cleaning, she is a very pleasant and sweet person. I'm happy to have her in my home.

Advanced cleaning services has been cleaning our house for about 5 years maybe little more. We are very pleased with their service and love coming home to a clean smell. Our house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Anna and her helpers come every couple weeks and always do a great job. They clean everything with great attention to even the smallest details. The price we feel is very affordable and have even raised the price for the ladies because the prices have gone up everywhere. We can't say enough how much we appreciate everything that Anna and her helpers do. Thank you once again. Great Company!!!

My first meeting was at my place with Anna, the manager. She looked around and then described of the services she offers, her prices, and policies. She was clear and straight-forward, which was a nice change from my previous experiences with other house cleaners who have arrived with a confusing load of complications. Anna sent a team of two people to do the cleaning. They arrived as scheduled. They worked fast and did a great job.They seemed to have good common sense about how to clean my house thoroughly without bothersome complications. I was very pleased with their services. I plan to hire them again.

I have had my homes cleaned for the last 30 years and I have never found someone who does this great a job. There is a lot of attention paid to every detail and things that I might miss in cleaning my own home are never missed with this cleaning service, thanks to the owner, Anna. I have two golden retriever dogs and after they leave you would never know it. My house smells wonderful when they are finished and not like a hotel room that has just been cleaned. They are punctual and reliable as I never have the frustration of a cancellation at the last minute.

I have been using Advanced Cleaning Services for the past 1.5 years. They came highly recommended by a friend. The staff is always prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They call when it's time for my cleaning and work with me to schedule a time. Cleaning is always thorough. They also provide 'a la carte extras' like oven and refrigerator cleaning, organization services, external window, dish washing, etc at reasonable rate. I have taken advantage of these additional services when required.
