Advanced Cleaning Services

Wonderful! I have been using Advanced Cleaning Services for over a year now and couldn't be happier. The initial contact was very easy and Anna was quick to make it out and give me a very reasonable estimate based on my requests and expectations. ACS has followed through and I have not been disappointed. ACS is not the first cleaning service that we have used but I fully expect it to be the last. One last thing, business is handled on a far more personal level. I am always asked if a cleaning may be scheduled. There are no assumptions and I have never felt like I am beihg taken for granted.

Anna does a fantastic job cleaning our home. We have hired her team for occasional cleaning, and have always been impressed. We are always especially blown away by how clean the bathrooms are - they really sparkle after they leave. The price is great, and we feel like our house stays clean for a while after they leave, even with a cat that sheds! We will definitely continue to hire Anna and her team, and would recommend them to anyone!

Great! I am about as particular as they come and I have been very happy with Anna. She is very thorough and takes her time (things don't get broken). Anna is also very responsive and always returns calls and messages promptly. Most importantly I find her trustworthy and don't mind her working in my home if I'm not there. I would highly recommend her.

Great. I've been using ACS for several months and am very pleased with how proactive and accommodating they are. They have moved things around to meet my schedule on several occasions. Only small challenge is with language barrier with some of the staff. But they could not be more sweet or lovely. And they do good solid cleaning.

They did just okay. The quality was not good.

It was fine. Would've liked to see much deeper but have discussed w/ owner of biz.

We were getting ready for a wedding and planning the rehearsal dinner at our home in addition to expecting guest. Cleaning house had taken a back seat to getting everything else done so I purchased a comprehensive deep cleaning for up to eight hours or four hours with two people. When I purchased the service I gave my preferred dates and waited to be contacted by the company. After a couple of days after receiving notice that my request had been forwarded to the company and not hearing from them, I emailed the contact. I heard back from the owner that evening that my cleaning had been scheduled. Two cleaners were scheduled to be there at 12:30 which would have put them there until 4:30. However, they didn't arrive until 2:00 which would have had them still there until 6:00. My husband was there waiting to let them in and, when they hadn't arrived by 1:00, I had to call the owner to see what was going on. Once they arrived, they did a good cleaning, my husband said they had a strong sounding vacuum and seemed to work well together. Before I could get home at 4:30, my husband was calling telling me they were done and leaving. I told him they should have been there much longer so walk through the house with them but they needed to wait until I got there as I was minutes away. When I arrived they were still dusting some areas, the house seemed very clean, as I walked through with the cleaners there were some areas I had to point out that still needed wiped down. Later that evening I noticed other small areas that had been missed. I wouldn't classify this as a "deep" clean, my perception of what that entails and results in is a greater detail that what I feel was done. That being said, however, if I was reviewing them for a standard, general cleaning, that I would hire to have done on a bi-weekly basis, they did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them.

They were very good. I only hired them for a short period of time, but he work was done well and the house cleaner was very friendly.

Advanced Cleaning responded over a weekend to my request for a quote. On the dates of their services, they were on time, thorough, and fairly priced. For one of the services, they requested to reschedule but gave plenty of notice and offered to make accommodations if I could not reschedule. Will utilize their services again.

We were really happy with the service that we received from Anna and her co-worker. They did a full initial deep clean of our home and it looked fantastic. We are excited to start regular cleaning service with them.

We have been using Advanced Cleaning Services for about a year now. I am finally remembering to write a review! Tanya has been our regular housecleaner and does a fantastic job. She is always pleasant and friendly, and does a thorough job cleaning our home. We have teenagers and dogs, but she still manages to make the house look fantastic. When I once asked her to give more attention to a couple of areas, she did so immediately and consistently. Anna (the owner) is great to work with as well--always responsive to texts or emails and flexible with our scheduling needs. I priced many house cleaners before hiring Advanced Cleaning and their prices are quite fair and reasonable.

Katya did a great job, especially in the bathroom. Our tile is white so it needs a good scrubbing, and she really cleaned it. Both she and Anna are very pleasant to work with. I appreciate Anna's responsiveness - she gets back to me right away. This is unlike Castle Cleaners, who only got back to me two weeks after I left messages. Not a good sign.

First Anna came to my home to go through it and get a clear understanding of exactly what I was looking to have done. She asked all the questions necessary and provided a great deal of customer service that I have never seen before in this business. Next her company came to clean my home and WOW did they do an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company! They are honest, respectable and they do a phenomenal job of cleaning. I have already referred them to a friend and they clean her house as well. They use all of their own supplies and did everything that I asked!!

Advanced Cleaning did a good job on my own house but would not recommend using this company if you're a landlord. We have five rentals in the Denver metro area. On two of the houses (move in/out) the cleaning was very superficial. In fact, on the one house done in December I had to spend two extra hours cleaning what they missed. When I complained she tried to defend her cleaner (house was old, etc.) and made some excuse that didn't help me. We also have several executive/corporate rentals and yesterday's experience forced me to never do business with this company again. We have a corporate rental in north Boulder and it was scheduled to be cleaned at 9 am yesterday with a tenant moving in at 11 am. Usually these types of rentals only require an hour or two of cleaning. I got a text from the owner, Anna, the night before saying the weather might prevent the cleaner from driving the next day. I said let's wait until the morning to make a determination. She sends me a text at 7 am (cleaning scheduled to be done at 9 am) saying the cleaner didn't want to drive to Boulder. Did we get a lot of snow? No, only a few inches and I mentioned that to her that the roads were clear. Still, that didn't matter. So, I had to clean the condo myself which is very hard to do at my age. She does not understand the needs of landlords. If a tenant is moving in the cleaning MUST be done. Who else will do it? I expressed that to her but she said the safety of her workers was more important. Certainly if we had a foot of snow, that would be one thing, but an inch or two is nothing here in Denver and, again, the roads were totally clear and everyone was working that day but obviously not my cleaner. The company does a good job on someone's private house but I would strongly recommend not using Advanced Cleaning on rental properties. Again, she does not fully understand the rental business and the requirement of us landlords.

When she arrived, we took a tour of the house, and I pointed out areas to concentrate on, and general cleaning that I expected. She brought all of her own supplies, and carried out the trash when she left. She was about 1/2 hour late, but stayed the entire time contracted. She was professional, quiet, and very thorough! The house looks and smells wonderful, and our fridge sparkles! We plan to call Advanced Cleaning again, and would love to have the same provider!

I talked to the representative who answered the phone, provided all details about the services and timeline I needed, and she assured me that I was scheduled and that they were the best company for the job. As requested, I then texted the same contact number with my house info for follow up via email. Once texted, the response back to me, an hour later, was that the person didn't remember talking to me and couldn't, in fact, commit to the cleaning. No recognition of our conversation at all. I'm sure they're great when they show up, but this scheduling experience was bizarre and frustrating and I wouldn't try again.

Anna exceeded my expectations,and is booked for return in 2 weeks.

They are very consistent and thorough and very pleasant to deal with. The work was very professional.
