Let me start by saying that they were late and did not care to call to notify. I had to call them to find out if and when they were showing up. Anna demeanor was unprofessional and careless that her crew was late. Tardiness was not due to weather. Secondly, they were using a damp towel to clean all surfaces, which I guess is fine is the surfaces are actually being cleaned. I walked around checking the progress and founds significant amount of items that were not cleaned. Some examples are: doors (you can see dirty print, spider webs on them), vents were only dusted however the dust did not come off, windows seals were not cleaned, one of the bathroom’s tub/soap holder was not cleaned properly (scum still there), cabinets throughout the house were not cleaned properly as you can pass your hand over it and your hand will come out fully dusty, stove top was only wiped down and not cleaned/scrubbed (water stains and grease still there), kitchen handles still have grease residue. In general my house does not feel clean at all. I wrote an email to Anna explaining this and she called me the next day. She acknowledge my email and said that she can come back and clean those items, and proceeded to tell me that windows are not included in the move-in cleaning. I checked the services provided and it all the stuff mentioned above are part of the services she markets her team does. She was very defensive when I told her I had review the services and that those were part of the services I was expecting to see. Anna last professionalism. As we are having this ‘conversation’, she would not let me speak, continue to interrupt, I stated that I was very unhappy with her services and that I would not be interested in her team returning. Overall, it was a waist of my time and money. I would definitely stay away from this lady’s business. They whole demeanor is careless.

Communication before and after the service was clear and prompt. The cleaning went very well. THe house had been left very dirty form a renter after they moved out, ACS did a wonderful job cleaning, the windows and the rest of the house were so clean after they were done. I would use again for sure.

Anna and her crew gave me excellent service on several occasions. Her pricing is fair but most importantly for me, she was able to meet my needs on very short notice.

I found them on Angie's List and this was my first time using them. I did not have any complaints. They showed up on time and got it done quickly. I had no issues with them during or after the service. For what they cleaned I was pretty happy with it. They were on time.

I found them on Angie's List. They have been cleaning my house for a couple of months, and they have been doing a good job. They were prompt to response to my inquiry, and they communicate very well. They send me emails to remind me about the cleaning days. The price was great, and that is why I chose them. I would recommend them.

Their scheduling was very tight. They were kind of rushed, but I was in the process of moving. I think they did the best they could. My house was empty and I had cleaned up already, so they didn't have to do as much as they probably could have. They cleaned the refrigerator for me and did a good job.

Arrived on time. Worked efficiently. Personable.

I was most impressed by their responsiveness and communication. So many other service providers are poor communicators but Anna was great and stayed in contact to confirm arrival time, amount of time the service would take, and the cost. Our house was a wreck due to construction and they did a good job getting into shape for Christmas.

The did an excellent job of cleaning per my requests and were very congenial.

Did a good job when they were here. Just hard to communicate with them. Had to list of cleaning priorties that they ignored. Wanted more money for frid cleaning. I'm paying for time. They charge more for windows, oven, and frid cleaning.

I purchased a big deal for 3 hours of Eco-Friendly Deep Housecleaning and Oven or Refrigerator for $83. When they came out to clean my home I felt like they were rushing through I had to tell them to do things they should have known they missed.

They do a very good job of cleaning. |I should have made sure I communicated with them while they were here about priorities. They spent a lot of time in master bedroom/bath (and it was very dusty/dirty) but were unable to finish kitchen which was more important to me. |They also left a blind in bedroom broken and did not mention to me. My husband was able to re-thread it -- but blind could not be put down when they left. Also I found product used on stone in bathroom was not recommended for stone which I had asked about. I don't think any damage was done with this one cleaning. |If I were to use them again, I would set priorities and communicate more. Their cleaning was extremely thorough.

Not bad service - very timely - professional - nice. I'm fairly tough to work for as I want things picked up (i.e. rugs vacuumed then moved so you can mop the floor underneath, chairs pulled out and swept or mopped under) and that didn't happen. Good communication just not great when it came to the overall clean I had wanted. First time was great - second time was great - third time was terrible and last time was just not great.

They were friendly, efficient, thorough, and they listened carefully to what I asked them to do. I was really thrilled with the results! They cleaned areas that have been overlooked by my regular house cleaners and that I haven't gotten around to in ages.

Cleaning was "light" and 2 hours of person-time spent.

The only glitch was that the originally appt was only scheduled for 4 hours and the whole job took almost 10, but Anna re-scheduled additional time right away. The work was thorough and immaculate, and Anna found things to clean I would never have thought of (versus the couple that came for the first 4 hours, whose work was excellent but I had to tell them what to do, e.g., wash floor, laundry room, etc.).

I thought she was very good. I felt like she was attentive to what I was needed done. She didn't just go off and do what she thought she should and I appreciated that. I would use her again. I felt like her pricing was reasonable. She was right on the dot.

The company representative arrived at about 11 am on the designated day. The deal was for three hours of cleaning and oven or refrigerator cleaning. I let the representative know that instead of refrigerator/oven cleaning I needed deep cleaning of bathrooms, bed linens changed, ceiling fan blades dusted and tile floors mopped. Her response was that she would only be in house for three hours and probably could not get all of that done. (really? I have a 3-BR townhouse, not huge) She spoke heavily accented English (not Spanish) that I found difficult to understand. I'm not sure if she understood my instructions. When the cleaner left I inspected the house. Rooms were tidied and horizontal surfaces dusted. Bathrooms looked like they had been wiped down, including showers. The did not look like they had been deep cleaned. None of the fans had been dusted. Floors were vacuumed (including tile floors) but tile floors were not mopped. Did not appear that interior windows had been windexed. Even though the company indicated that this would be an eco-friendly cleaning, I expected there to be lingering scent of some kind of cleaning products. Having the house smell of cleaning products is one of the joys of having the house clean. No joy here, particularly with tile floors that looked unattended. I felt that the cleaning company did not put their best foot forward on this job, and am unlikely to use them again.

Because she does a very thorough cleaning, it took her about an hour to do each room. She may be able to go faster in homes that aren't as cluttered as mine (lots of knickknacks and things on the kitchen counter) The cleaned oven looked great. She was an hour late because she had to drop her kids off at school and then drive to the intersection of Colorado Blvd and I-25 from Westminster. She may be more punctual for clients in her part of town.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and I just didn't think they did a very good job. I had to fight to get the oven cleaned, because it was part of the package. The main owner didn't come, and she sent the assistant who didn't know what was in the big deal. The assistant did a very quick and sloppy job. I wouldn't use them again.

It went okay. She didn't have very much equipment with her. She didn't do a deep cleaning, I wouldn't call it that. She only had 3 hours to do the service. I would have to say the service was in the middle of the road, it was not bad and not good.

The communications with the owner of the company was excellent. The scheduling was excellent and the person showed up exactly when scheduled. I invited her in and showed her what rooms she would be cleaning, She did a good job cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, as well as the stovetop and countertop in the kitchen. She vacuumed all the rooms very thoroughly. Her dusting was good but not what I had asked her to do. She was asked to dust a television stand in the living room and did not touch the top of the television stand although she did a wonderful job dusting the lower parts of TV stand. She did not dust the lampshade or the lamp in the living room or the family room. Thus the "B" in quality. She also did a thorough job on the bathroom she was assigned to clean. She did not waste any time, that I observed, and did a good job on the things she thought she should have done. My only recommendation to a potential user would be, to establish a communication with the owner before the person comes to your home so the owner can be available for clarification during the visit. Overall I think I got a very good value from this service and would recommend them to anyone who has house cleaning needs.

Anna was able to schedule my clean on the day that was my first choice. Alla and Edward were the cleaners. They arrived right on time and quickly went to work, after asking if there were areas of concern that needed to be focused on. They both were very pleasant, hard working, and did a terrific job. I was very pleased with the results.

They walked in and saw tiny leaves on my carpet and they immediately called Anna. They told her my house was very dirty. It wasn't. I hired them to do things that I couldn't do because of a disability and they did what I could do. I asked one of the team if she expected to clean a clean house and she said yes. That about sums it up.
