We used Paint Pals to paint the exterior of our home. They were reasonably priced, very professional, scheduled and finished the job quickly, and we are very happy with the results.

Paint Pals provided amazing service and a quality product that we are extremely happy with. During our exterior house painting project, their team sought to ensure the entire project was done correctly and to the highest quality. While our project was not without a few hiccups along the way, every issue we identified before (window trim replacement) and after painting was handled promptly and professionally. The option to get free paint samples from Home Depot was also a great benefit and they powerwashed the house prior to painting. Couldn't have asked for more!

I think the best review you can give a company is to vote with your feet by becoming a repeat customer. Paint Pals painted our home 9 years ago and, when the time came for a new coat, we gladly called them back without shopping around for multiple bids. It was rewarding to see many of the same staff from years ago, which speaks volume for the quality of the company. Their bid was timely, affordable, and very much in line with what we expected. The crew assigned to our job was friendly, respectful, and competent, and worked well with us to ensure a quality job. The crew chief, Jose, even pointed out a delicate hummingbird’s nest in the pine tree close to our house and had the crew gently work around the mother nesting with her eggs. We reviewed the job in detail multiple times when they were done to catch any of the small touch-ups necessary and, on top of that, the production manager, who had regularly visited our job, did his own final review and identified and had rectified some of the spots we all had missed. The result was a superior paint job and an overall positive experience that would have us call Paint Pal’s again without hesitation. In fact, we are having them work on a rental we own in the next few weeks.

Paint Pals did a great job on the exterior of my house. The team took only three days, and fully scrapped, caulked, primed, replaced boards, and put on a fresh coat of paint on the body and trim of the house. The house looks awesome.

I grew up painting. My Dad was a commercial painter and I did jobs with him throughout school. I cannot speak highly enough of Paint Pals for the exceptional external house painting job they completed for me. From the initial estimate to the final result, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were top notch. The estimate for our house came in around $1,000 under the other leading painting firm and Paint Pals included priming the entire south face of my house where the other quote did not. They also used higher quality paints than the other quote. Communication throughout the job was high and they slotted us in earlier than originally projected. The paint crew was exceptionally friendly and attentive to detail. Paint Pals pre-emptively came around and made touch ups and I could not find any areas they had missed or were not up to my standards. Paint Pals transformed the appearance of my house and we’re so happy to approach our home now. They maintained a clean work environment, respecting my property, and completed the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. Paint Pals did a great job finishing our ceilings in our entryway and our loft. The ceilings are very high and I can't thank them enough for their fair pricing to get the job done. They quoted us thousands less that other companies. They came back the next day after finishing and touched up a few spots we noticed for free!

I highly recommend this company, and will use them again! Everyone I met and spoke with at Paint Pals were very professional and pleasant, and did a wonderful job. This includes the initial consultation with Dustin, coordinating the painting job with Julian, Bryan checking in on how things were progressing and the work done by Moises & his team. They treated our house very carefully, ensuring all windows and spigots were covered, removing all detachable items from the house, such as water hose reels, taking the time and care with taping and caulking, fixing everything I asked for during inspection, and cleaning up after being done. Examples of my pleasant experience includes being offered many paint quality options and not being pressured to buying the most expensive paint, and making sure they ask for my help when needed, like opening my garage door to ensure they paint the trim around the door thoroughly without accidentally painting the garage door. I felt they treated me in my best interest and everyone are good people. I'm very happy with the finished results. A++

We were very impressed with Paint Pals! We had ours walls and vaulted ceilings painted in a couple of large areas and the final cost was very affordable, especially in comparison to a few other quotes we got. The rooms looked great after being painted and the breaks in color between the door frames and base boards looked perfect. The painters were on time, professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely be going to Paint Pals again for any future painting needs!
