We had used Paint Pals a few years ago to paint the interior of our home, and they did a great job. So when we got a couple quotes to paint the exterior of our home, and they seemed very expensive, we thought of these guys again. So glad we did! They again did an excellent job for thousands less than the other 2 bids.

Paint Pals is a Five-Star Company, for sure. This is my second house painting project with Paint Pals. Their quality and customer service are excellent, with competitive pricing. My 1980's home needed special care due to extreme sun, water and multiple hailstorms damages. Dustin, from Estimating, did detailed walk arounds with me, and estimates for various options and warranties. He provided even more details for an insurance claim. He even did color consulting, too, when I struggled making a decision. Chris, the Project & Production Manager, scheduled the appropriate experienced crew, and kept in great contact with me. Jose and his painting crew were professional, very detailed, made great suggestions, were respectful of my property and neighborhood, and very skilled. They did extensive prep work including power washing, wood scraping, wood trim repair and replacement, caulking (straight lines!), priming, masking, careful spraying, trim painting and cleanup. During the process Todd, the Field Inspector, made a special trip to consult on custom wood trim requirements, and worked with Chris to find the sources. I am very happy again with Paint Pals and will use them in the future.

My husband and I worked with Paint Pals for the exterior painting on our home. From the moment I called to set up a quote they were extremely helpful. They helped in guiding us through the color changing process and were very educated. We ended up getting a second quote to compare and were blown away by the price difference. Paint Pals was significantly cheaper. The painters did an excellent job on our house. It looks so fresh and vibrant and we are very happy to have chosen them. Paint Pals walked us through the process from quote to completing the house. They were very responsive and answered any questions we had. We have a home built in the 80's so the paint has refreshed our home. Painting processes took a little less than a week from start to finish.

Working with Paint Pals was wonderful! They were excellent to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The crew did excellent prep work including power washing, caulking, scraping, and taping off everything that shouldn’t be painted. They were very careful with our outdoor furniture and moved it all out of the way. They were fast and efficient and didn’t just spray one coat of paint over our house and garage. We wanted to change the hardware on the front door and have it repainted. They sanded all the rough edges where the old hardware had been and the door looks brand new.
