We are thrilled with the job that Paint Pals did! We changed colors and it was big job! They were very prompt and finished the painting so quickly. They were professional and flexible as I made a last minute change! Highly recommend!

We used Paint Pals to pain trim and doors on our main floor. The turn around for an estimate was very quick, and the job was scheduled within the next couple of weeks. Our painter Tim had great attention to detail and was very professional. It looks great and had held up well! We are very pleased with the outcome and plan to use Paint Pals again in the near future.

My experience with Paint Pals was simply awesome! We needed a lot of space painted in short order with multiple specifications and lots of prior work to correct. The guys showed up timely and did their work without hiccup. Everything was completed on time and they even returned to paint an additional location in a few hours time. I searched around prior to hiring Paint Pals; not only were they the best deal around they really went above and beyond to meet my timeline. They also cleaned up after themselves and made everything neat and tidy when complete. I highly recommend Paint Pals and I will surely be using them again in the future.

The company started out really horrible but the owners made it right. The original painters quickly power washed by house, poorly. The owners quickly corrected the issue and extended my warranty.

Justin (estimator) reviewed the preparation and painting process in considerable detail and then provided a quote for the work within the same day. After reading recommendations on the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List, my husband and I specifically asked for painter's Matt and Billy Daniel, which turned out to be a great decision. We paid 25% down and the job was immediately scheduled with our preferred timeline. Rhonda at Sherwin Williams helped us pick out great colors for the body, trim, and accent at a cost of $75 which was reimbursed by Paint Pals. In addition, we used a quart of paint to verify the color and for HOA approval, again covered. Paint Pals administrator Julian contacted us by E-mail providing helpful information on what to expect and how to trim the bushes for the painters, which we followed. Matt met with us to describe what his team would be doing within the next four days, which aligned exactly with what Justin had described. They methodically power washed, scraped, sanded, caulked, and primed the entire house. They carefully sanded the weathered fascia and caulked and primed nearly every piece of siding; very impressive and greatly appreciated! They then painted the body in one day and the trim and gutters the next day, finishing with a final walk through with us before final payment. All in all, Paint Pals did an excellent job painting our home at a reasonable price. We found all parts of the process to run smoothly and within the prescribed timeline. The quality of paint used, spraying technique, and coverage was as expected. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Painters were efficient, neat, and friendly. We highly recommend Paint Pals and would definitely use them for another job.

Went very well, with a 3 day delay over the weekend due to rain. Cris and Jose, a professional team, did a great job and worked together, anything I pointed out to them they took care of immediately. I'm happy with the work done and would recommend them highly..
