They just are not a reliable company. We scheduled service dates two different times, both times the company was a no call, no show. They do not follow through. I asked for a call ahead before service date and they said they don’t do that, but they finally said they could call five minutes ahead.

Scott and his team were on the job immediately. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what had to be done, what was required by the State of Colorado and how to accomplish the job. I highly recommend ProClean.

It was good except they didn't attach my air vent very well so I have to redo those. I give them an A except for just the screws aren't straight in the air tight covers. I have to fix those, but they did a great job. Price was good. They actually went above and beyond. They were some stuff in my vent they weren't expecting to find. They were really good about getting that stuff out. It was construction debris left by a previous contractor that was here before I moved in. They really did a great job. Just quick, rapid, professional service. Very focused on what they were doing. I was happy with the work that they did.

The service I received was ok. Our service man was late and didn't call and spent the whole time trying to upsell me on cleaning my dryer vent. He swept my chimney and inspected it but did not clean the box. He was in and out in under 15 minutes and would only have stayed longer if I would have bought his dryer vent cleaning package.

Work was done quickly and cleanly. Inspection was honest and told me that the fireplace was unsafe to use.

Work was done fairly quickly. They did leave the flue open which lets cold air swoop down into the room which I did not notice for a couple of hours. They offered to clean the dryer vent for an extra charge which I said okay to. When they began to clean it the duct system began to fall apart. Ultimately, they were not able to clean it because it was falling apart in multiple places. They wanted to clean up the mess and put it all back together but I felt bad about the terrible job that had been done on the duct work and told them I would take care of the mess. It was not their fault that the system was put together so poorly. They were gracias and understanding.

Chimney sweep: After waiting a month for the service, 8 1/2 minutes and they said it was clean. Not so! Had them redo it and it was still not clean but I signed off because they had insufficient tools to do a full cleaning. Disappointed Angie's list sponsored Proclean.

They forgot the first time and they didn't show up. I had to call them several times. I wasn't really impressed. They could have showed up the first time we had an appointment instead of like the third time. Every time I've ever had anyone do it before, they pull the dryer out and make sure the foil thing in the back is cleaned. These guys just went up on the roof and roto-rooted down so there was no cleaning of it.

I had to initiate contact with the vendor. Once I made the appointment, everything went very smoothly.

Have called and rescheduled it twice so far ... it will be month since we bought the service and they yet to show up

Check their work!, camera on cell phone work well with air duct cleaning and everything else. I wont' deal with this again.

I am NOT pleased with the no refund policy and them doing something I easily do myself. If you buy from them, you better be sure they can perform the service you paid for FIRST!

Took at least three days to email me that they do not schedule online appointments, waste of my time.

great - arrived on time and jumped right in. Finished everything quickly and efficiently. this is a new house and I did not know how to light the pilot light – the tech help to figure that out for me.

It went very well. There was a bit of an OOOOPS in scheduling, but they fixed it and all was well.

Took a long time to get an appointment but once they came the guys were fast, efficient, informative, and polite.

It took one month to fit me in to their schedule, they cancelled the night before the scheduled appointment, 2 more weeks before they could reschedule a new service date, and they never showed up. They do not answer my phone calls. It is past the 30 day guarantee period, customer service at Angie's List says the company probably has my money by now and they don't think they can help me. Needless to say I am not satisfied with any of this!

They showed up after the time expected and did a 3-5 hour job in 40 minutes. I actually paid again to someone else to have it redone.

They couldn't do the work, as they explained their truck was broken. They said it wouldn't be ready for a while. They weren't mean or anything, but it seemed like they were just uninterested.

On time, quick and clean, perfectly what I expected.

Lousy chimney cleaning job. The most energy expended was clanging the damper open and closed repeatedly until I asked them to stop. No inspection was conducted.

Excellent job and they finished in a timely manner.

They were prompt, courteous and and worked very quickly. They did a good job and everything was very clean when they were done. They explained what needed to be done and then they did it.

The team was professional and completed the work as asked.
