Fine. My only complaint was that one spot was missed. Not a big deal. I would use again.

Very professional the chimney tech covered our carpet with a high quality canvas cloth and no mess was left behind.

They were late and wanted to reschedule. They cleaned the chimney with a wire brush extension and spent more time trying to get me to pay more for the fireplace to be cleaned for 25 dollars more . Then they tried to sell me air duct cleaning , telling me my vents were dirty. They didn't even look at them. They gave me no written inspection and didn't inspect it either. They cleaned up afterwards . You get what you paid.

ProClean was very professional and did a great job. We were really happy with the air duct cleaning. We also decided to do additional services at the technician's suggestion: sanitizing the air ducts and cleaning the furnace. The price for these additional services wasn't a bargain, but all in all we were happy with the service. The service was very professional and high quality.

I think I was offered some kind of sanitizing or thing like that. I think I had gotten that but I can not remember.

The team was actually early, and when they came in, we did a full walk through. The service took exactly as long as promised (an hour) and the guys were super easy to work with.

The service person arrived on time, completed the work in a timely fashion as contracted. No problems.

The technician Nodi showed up on time, was polite and professional and had booties to wear over his shoes which impressed me since we have new carpet. He explained exactly what he as going to do and confirmed the pricing that I previously received over the phone. I wasn't going to have the sanitizing done but I figured that I might as well do it right. Unlike other reviews I didn't get a pressure from Nodi to have the sanitizing done, it was something I decided to do after he told me how much it would cost.

Beware of additional services offered at additional costs.

Went fine. Didn't realize from the fine print that the Furnace Duct cleaning didn't include the Furnace so I had to pay extra to get that done. They gave a discounted price but still might want to put that in BOLD the next time.

He came early and was very polite. After the initial inspection, he recommended sanitation and cleaning the coil area. He did a good job explaining the process, answering questions, and cleaning the air ducts, coil area, and sanitizing.

It wasn't that great. There was a lot of dust on the furniture. They also damaged a piece of my furniture, a side table when they were pulling down the vent. The guy actually broke the handle on my hot water handle because he though that it was the soap dispenser as well.

Very well. They were nice and he explained other options but was not pushy about it Sam and Mike were our technicians and would recommend them to others.

They wanted us to upgrade to having our vents sanitized when they got to us, we went ahead and did it just wished it was in the initial offer.

They were filthy. We also had them sanitized. He was quick

The crew was swift and efficient. All air intakes were cleaned with the duct work, including the basement.

Sam and his colleague arrived on time and were done in an hour; they mentioned the other services and recommendations given the new home and I agreed those adds made sense. Now the forced air in the house doesn't appear to bother our allergies as it did before. Very happy overall.

Rapid and thorough, gave us endoscopic photos of condition of ducts before and after service, provided sanitation of ducts and advice on replacement of furnace filter

It went fine and took around 2 1/2 hours to complete

Good overall experience. They did upsell my wife on dryer duct and AC condenser cleaning; not unexpected.

It was terrible. This was for my tenant and I purchased it for my tenant. However, they came over and they charged her $285 on top of the Big Deal amount that I had already paid which was $119. Even the $119 I could have went with Groupons and saved most of that money. However, all the extra amount were just absolutely did not make any sense. They were just saying we cleaned the motor and we cleaned this. It was just basically air duct cleaning. So they charged $285 extra. And then when I asked them to give me a receipt, they refused to give me that. I called them a number of times and they refused to -they said "we did not do this for you, it was for your tenant. We will deal with that person." That person told me I just went with whatever they told me. She had to go thru them. And she had to talk to them and get the appointment and everything because she was the tenant. They came over and they said no this must be done and that must be done. The actual motor, the price of that is like $4.00. They could have just replaced it if it was dirty. They charged $150 for cleaning it. The price was very high. It was almost fraud. I called them and left messages and they didn't even respond at all, not to me. They just responded to the tenant because apparently they had a plan. When I called back there was no answer and I tried really hard. Eventually they said, "Ok we'll send you a receipt" and they did not.

They did a great job. They arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to walk through the house with me before and after the work. Also did a great job of making sure everything was put back in place and as clean as it was prior to their work. Would highly recommend ProClean.
