They were very professional. They came in and did a great job cleaning our ducts (our heating system is surprisingly much quieter now and also the air feels quite a bit fresher. I guess we shouldn't wait so long). They also evaluated our furnace and did a couple of tuneups on it. I would hire again without a moment's hesitation. Thanks to ProClean and Angie's List.

The company didn't not contact me so no work was done. I canceled the request and Angies List credited me. Also I emailed AL twice about the company not responding and I never rec'd a response. Only after I called and spoke to someone with AL did I get help. I was asked if I tried to call the company myself. No, as they had my info- they should have contacted me. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule with the same company or if I wanted AL to call on my behalf I said no as I didn't have any desire to do business with a company that doesn't bother to reach out to customer that already threw some money down.

They did a great job. The ducts were filthy. I recently bought a 60-year old house. I had to reschedule, they were very accommodating, and even came on a Saturday morning which was most convenient for me.

Everything went well. They came only a day or two after I called, they worked professionally and courteously and the bill was what I expected.

They did a good job. I was surprised that the cost more than doubled because disinfecting was separate, but it is still worth it.

1. they upsold added services at high price. 2. Did not show results of dryer vent cleaning. did not clean vent from dryer to verticle metal vent and claimed that never would need cleaning.

Sam and Mike did an excellent job cleaning my air vents. They arrived at the stated time, were professional and explained the process clearly. They put everything back in order after completing their job. I was very pleased with their service.

The day they were to clean the ducts, they called when I was 5 minutes from the house (I live an hour away from the house where the service was to be performed). They said they wouldn't be coming because of the weather. The next time they were to come, they arrived four hours before the appointment time, neither my son or I were there, but a renter let them in. I have no idea if the service was performed, and if so, what the quality of the work was. While there, they caused almost $400 in damage to my floor. Since then I have repeatedly attempted to find a time for them to come back to the house to look at the damage and to review their work. Sam, the "boss" set an appointment with us, but three hours before the scheduled time, they told me they would not be coming today because of a "scheduling error." (I have now taken off work two afternoons to get this done, and they've not arrived either time!) My last phone call to them I agreed to meet them at the house on a Saturday, and the woman on the phone said, "I'm tired of talking to you," and HUNG UP ON ME. I still don't know if my ducts are clean, and my floor is damaged, and they don't want to talk to me. I feel sorry for anyone else that contacts these people for service.

They did a great job. They were very conscientious when moving around furnishings and wearing shoe covers to protect the carpeting. And they took pictures to show me the clean ducts.

Sam and Erick performed the services for me. I ended up paying a total of $481.49. I paid $149.00 to Angie for the whole house air duct system cleaning, and $332.49 for the additional services.

Fine once the appointment happened. They claimed they tried to contact me to postpone the original appointment but they had a wrong number.

Called and emailed to schedule an appointment. Received a confirmation email from the company. The date/time came and went without anyone showing up. No further email or phone communication. Appointment time was 5-7pm, so by the time I called, no one at the office answered. I called the next day during business hours and still no one answered or called me back. It has now been two weeks and still no follow up or answer. Basically, my $99 has been taken without any service. Absolutely horrendous and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It worked out okay. There was an additional cost besides the $119 Big Deal. I ended up paying $380. Other than the increased cost, they were okay. It was significantly more than the initial estimate obviously so I guess that is one thing that the people would have to judge on their own whether good or bad.

From what I can tell, it looks like they just shop-vacuumed the chimney. I didn't see any brushes or anything. There appears to be a lot of soot still, but I'm not a professional chimney sweep. I don't know if a safety inspection was performed or not. They did a decent job on the air duct cleaning, which I believe is their primary business. I think next time I'll hire a professional chimney sweep to do a thorough cleaning.

The two individuals that came to clean the chimney had no idea how to perform the service with an insert. They asked why we even had an insert. They said they could not inspect the flue, did not get up on the roof to check anything from above. It seemed like they have never cleaned a fireplace chimney before. They told me that I would have to have a home inspector come to check the flue. I will never hire this company again.

Great, On time, Took less than an hour, Cleaned up when done left no mess, would use again.

Service has not been performed and it is now the end of December 2016. Our chimney remains unsafe for our tenants in the winter months.

Had to ask him to clean up the debris that was pulled out of the vent. Did nothing to clean the dryer from inside the house and there was a ton of debris that I pulled out.

ProClean's service was very superficial. They were not at all thorough. Simply rotated a long brush through the exterior vent. Did not inspect for damage to the duct system. Did not examine the input end of the vent shaft. Did not verify that they removed all the accumulated lint. I could not not have been more disappointed in their performance. Because they were recommended by Angie's List, their poor performance reflects on the ability of Angie's List to provide a useful service.

Terrible. They missed both windows of times that were scheduled and they did a terrible job.

Maybe due to the Angies list promotion they were booking out 2 months out.. They showed up within the time I was scheduled for and called due the fact it was almost past time. They were very quick.. They did not perform all of the tasks that were laid out in the description.. but swept and vacuumed the entire chimney (the most important). They did not attempt to upsell me. Overall it was worth the cost, having paid more for similar services before, and the cleaners were courteous.

Great! Service was preformed on both the chimney and dryer and everything went very well.

The initial appointment was missed (car trouble) - needed to be rescheduled after I called. The work done was completed professionally and quickly.
