Excellent service! Explained all aspects of the cleaning and how much time it would take. Very thorough cleaning. My air ducts now work like those in a brand new house!

Jay was punctual, arrived on time. He performed the service in a professional manner. The price was also good. We'd like to use ProClean cleaning services in the Future for Carpet cleaning too.

The services rendered were wonderful, from the initial phone call, to the next-day appointment availability, and of course the actual result of the cleaning! Michael was very professional and courteous. He explained very clearly what he was going to do, and then efficiently and systematically went and cleaned my air ducts, vents, and furnace. He was quick and worked hard. I could feel a difference in my upstairs vents almost immediately -- I was very impressed since we had previously experienced only slow/low air movement through those vents! I will definitely be using this company in the future for any/all of my duct/vent/furnace cleaning needs!

Jay came exactly when he said he would. He performed all the cleaning services- cleaning, disinfecting, etc on our super dirty ducts & vents... It took a couple of hours, but the before and after is insane. He even found a tennis ball in one of the vents! not sure how that got there... Thank you, Jay & Pro Clean for a job well done!

Jay arrived on time and explained the process of cleaning the vents> He and his team mate took about 2 hours and presented the results when completed. Job appeared to be done well. Both men were very polite and respectful.

Bob created a hole for vacuum on both the supply and return main ducts. He then proceeded to clean both vents and returns before getting to the furnace. Bob was courteous, worked quickly and was well prepared.

Bob was great at explaining what he was doing and showing me areas as he went along. He also explained why and how often to clean the air ducts and furnace. Bob was very professional and a pleasure to work with . He also took pictures with his phone to show me before and after cleaning!

OMG!!! Absolutely wonderful. We are second owners of the house, and have lived here 6 years I was amazed to see how 'dirty' we were. (He found drywall) He explained what was going on...and we had the four letter word: MOLD. He was able to catch it in the beginning stage and suggested that we sanitize the system. Would I recommend him again? Absolutely. I am thinking of having him do my carpets as well!!!!
