They called and asked if they could arrive early. Polite young man named mike did a great job. Carpet looks like new.

I paid for this service on July 11, 2016 through Angie's List. I listed several possible dates and times for the service to be completed and was informed that I would be contacted by the provider. It is July 19 and I have yet to be contacted. This is very unprofessional and makes me doubt that the service will ever be completed. It takes just minutes to email or call me and confirm receipt of my purchase or schedule the service. I am very disappointed and not sure how to correct this.

Ray called to say he was going to arrive earlier than our appointment and was it OK for him to start earlier. Ray was very professional and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He worked non-stop for 5 hours and left later than he should have as the air ducts had never been cleaned before. I highly recommend Ray, he loves his job and is dedicated, and wants to get the job done properly!!!

Quick and efficient service from the first call to schedule to getting the job done! The service tech, Michael, arrived right on time and explained the service options available and got right to work. Took less than an hour for the two rooms and we are very happy with the results - would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!

Customer Service was fantastic!!! As soon as reported my dissatisfaction with work performed by the previous technician, the service manager, the area manager (Sam) and a new technician (Jay) worked diligently till the issue was resolved. The work was performed professionally. Sam and Jay were very respectful and knew the right way to get the work done. They vacuumed around the vents afterward, and left the floors as clean as before. I'll definitely use their service in the future again!

Very thorough and provided excellent service. Not only did the technician clean the dryer vent, there was excess vent tubing behind the dryer that he removed to improve dryer efficiency, and he installed a new vent cover on the exterior of the house.

Mike did a great job and explained what he was going to do and he did exactly what he said he would do. A very thorough job. I will definitely recommend this company and this technician for future jobs.

Jasper did an amazing job! He showed up on time and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the appointment. Jasper really went above and beyond and made sure that I was familiar with every step of the cleaning process. He explained in detail the benefits that I would be seeing once he was finished and even recommended several easy ways to keep my system clean and running efficiently in between cleanings. I would definitely recommend ProClean and Jasper and plan to use them for any cleaning needs in the future.

The technician was very prompt and professional. I felt no pressure to be sold additional services, and the cleaning was completed to my level of satisfaction. We have pets and two messy kids so the carpet was very dirty.

Jack was excellent technician and was really helpful. He did a great job and advised tips on how to keep air duct clean. I definitely suggest this company to all my friends.
