It Went Very Well; Michael showed up in the service window promised; he clearly explained what he would be doing; he IMMEDIATELY went to work and did not stop until he was finished! He offered the disinfecting option (which I took). He is a good, hard worker and is a very good representative for ProClean.

Upon arrival, Michael surveyed our system and made suggestions as to how we might better service our house. Apparently, this is the first time a comprehensive cleaning has been done since the house was built in 2003. He was very professional, and made sure we understood his suggestions and options. We feel his expertise will save us money in the long run by preventing expensive repairs in the future. Our entire experience was highly satisfactory and we would recommend ProClean to anyone contemplating any cleaning services for their house. They also do other types of cleaning which we will certainly keep in mind when the time comes.

They did a great job! Scheduling the appointment was fast and efficient. The young man that came to do the work showed up on time - he was professional and hard working. The price to clean the dryer vent on the second story was very reasonable - much less than quotes I've gotten in the past. As it turns out - Lowes never hooked up the vent hose so my attic is filled with lint - ugh! The service man hooked it up for me at no charge. I also had a new vent hose installed for the basement and thought it was also reasonably priced. I'm very happy with the work that was performed.

Bob and Mike came in and were very fast, proffessional, and gave us updates every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone having their HVAC system cleaned. Great service, and even came on Sunday!

After purchasing the Angie's list special, I called ProClean and was able to get the duct cleaning scheduled the same week (w/in a couple of days). Sam & Bob were on-time, professional and quick. They explained what they needed to do and showed us how they cleaned the ducts. We purchased the Angie's list special and provided Sam & Bob with the printed voucher. We received a receipt for services completed/paid the same day.

Very good service. They arrived right on time and were courteous and efficient. I have scheduled my drier vent to be cleaned by them also!!!

There was a lot to clean out since I skipped a year. They did the whole job in about 45 minutes. They were very fast and they also offered to sanitize my air ducts which I paid another 100.00 for. It only took them about 15 minutes to do that and I could not figure out how they did all of my air ducts and sanitized in 1 hour. I have begun to wonder how it could take only one hour to complete both the cleaning and then the sanitizing. I recall feeling very uneasy with the employees who were sent out. one was younger and was sent upstairs and thus separated from the other who stayed downstairs. I felt as though the younger was not experienced and seemed not to be aware of what to do.

The tech was awesome and explained everything and did a extremely through job of cleaning the ducts and furnace. He cleaned everything and replaced the furnace filter as well. I would highly recommend them for any job that you have and I will definitely use them when I need another cleaning.

Pro Clean did a great job on the dryer vent clean so I plan to use them for a full house vent cleaning.

Great. The technician was friendly and helpful, explained the whole process and worked quickly. He convinced me to do the vent disinfectant as well as cleaning, and looking at pictures before and after I was very glad I did. I used this company based on the coupon for vent cleaning which was a great deal. I ended up spending more than I anticipated on the furnace cleaning and disinfectant, but i'm glad to have it done. The appointment had to be rescheduled once and the technician was late, but he called to let me know he would be late and was apologetic.

very professional and knowledgable , fair price

Went well, two guys arrived and had the job complete within a half hour. I suggested 3 dates for availability when I purchased and no one ever called, even after all three dates went by so I did have to call and schedule myself, but he booked the visit on my first call and they showed up on time. The tech made a couple of suggestions and did try to get me to purchase additional vent cleaning and told me that I need to do it more often, but I just said no thank you and okay and we moved along.

Michael did a great job explaining what he was going to do. He also pointed out dirty furnace blower and mold and rust in vents near water. Restrooms and sliding door outside had mold and a little rust. He even went out of the way to try and fix a disconnected vent. It needs more work then what he could do, but I thought that was a great gesture. great job I gave pricing a "B" because honestly, I don't know what a great deal for vent cleaning would be.

The offer was for unlimited vents for $119. After they came out, since I had two heaters, they only did the downstairs. Half the house wasn't done.

These guys did a great job getting all the pet stains out of the carpet from my son's new puppy! They were right on time and we done within the hour! Couldn't ask for better for the price- I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a deep-spring clean!
