It went great. The vent hose was replaced as well as the cleaning done. Nice job by friendly and competent worker. The deal was for 55 dollars The vent hose was very much needed and is working out great

Very pleased. On time, very professional. More expensive than the "deal" but fair because of having two furnaces. Was up sold a sterilization treatment but after doing some research on how to do it correctly, concluded it was worth the charge. Would definitely use again.

Services was fine but I felt I was constantly being pressured to purchase additional services that I did not ask for nor need.

First off scheduling was extremely easy. I made one phone call and an actual person answered and got me an appointment at a convenient time. Joe showed up on time and was very helpful. He explained everything he was planning on doing beforehand. He also went over all prices before he got started so we were both on the same page. He is very knowledgable and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Great customer service and very respectful.

The technician, Joe, came out and was very clear about the level of treatment that my very dirty carpet needed and didn't try to persuade me into any more of upgrade that I didn't feel was necessary. I went with the lower level, and it he indicated that he would work **** ** the best possible outcome that could be done. I watched and he did what he promised. The carpet, that was very dirty, was cleaned to perfection. He worked hard and did a very good job on the whole area that needed cleaned. I was very happy with the job that he did and how the carpet looked in the end.

I hadn't had my air ducts cleaned since the house was built 13 years ago. I have around 30 air registers in the house so the $119 deal through Angie's list was very appealing to me. Joe recommended disinfecting the entire system (for an additional cost) since several members of my family suffer from allergies. I was amazed to see how much dust was present before the cleaning. Joe also offered to clean the floor fans since he noticed quite a bit of dust build-up on them as well. I also paid to have the dryer duct cleaned as well since it had also never been cleaned before. Everything was completed in less than 2 hours. I will definitely use Proclean again and would recommend them to anyone.

so great. Jim and Joe came on time and inspected my system. I am a first time homebuyer and they explained to me how my furnace and ducts work and gave them a great scrub. They were very friendly, thorough and a great deal. I will absolutely use them again for any duct cleaning I have in the future.

Joe and his partner came right when they said they would be here. They really know what they are doing. Pointed out all the things that needed my attention. Didn't try to over sell me anything. They cleaned up after they were done, couldn't tell they had ever been in my home. I didn't know you should clean your furnace every year. I will be calling ProClean next year for my annual cleaning! I would definitely recommend ProClean to any of my friends. Thanks Joe for an awesome job done :)

I was surprised that I noticed right away after the cleaning was done that the air was cleaner! The price $119 was very reasonable so I also decided to get the sanitization done for $7 per duct/vent. My house was built 5 years ago and had not had air duct cleaning previously. I have had dogs the last few years and the basement finished, so I know there was plenty of dust and hair in the ducts. The technician Sam was very professional and explained what him and his assistant would do for the furnace hook up and cleaning out each duct. He asked permission to park in the driveway and kept me updated for how long each step would take which I thought was very nice customer service.

Good. Just didn't expect to end up paying for furnace cleaning and sanitation. But it was my choice to have it done. The tech was great.

Bradley my service tech did a fantastic job, explaining everything up front and gave clear expectations. He showed me all of the work as it was being completed, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

Bad. I e-mailed perferred dates. They never answered. I want a refund. The company apparently doesn't want my business.

Bradley was very helpful, and knowledgeable of his work. Along with the intended work to be done, he offered other services done by the company that applied to us and were needed in our home. The only suggestion we would make from our experience is to have foam blocks to prop the furniture as the carpets are drying.

I paid for two dryer vent cleanings at two different properties. Mike was the technician and was able to schedule the service within a few days and arrived promptly on-time. Mike detected a problem in one of our dryer vents and was able to correct the problem quickly for no additional charge. I couldn't be happy with the service and would definitely use ProClean Cleaning Services again!

Mike was awesome. He showed up before time, was knowledgeable, considerate and did a thorough job. We had never cleaned the vents before and there was a lot of gunk in there. My husband and child are asthmatic. I expect this cleaning to really help them with breathing issues.

Michael came to my home at the appointed time and explained to me what would be done. Upon looking at my furnace he suggested that it be cleaned and upon clearing the air ducts he suggested the ducts be sanitized due to the fire damage. Michael was very polite and efficient in completing the work. I would definitely recommend Pro-Clean.
