And this time, I had the pleasure of meeting his son Tyler who's just as professional and fast as his Dad! I just can't say enough about how awesome they are. James responds very quickly to texts and phone calls, and is super-flexible to try to fit you in. If he's in the neighborhood and has time, he'll call to see if he can pop in to get your work done even earlier than planned. Super helpful, informative, fast and great quality work. Screaming profanities in my home, never working, my husband ended up asking Shawn to leave. One of Bathrooms needed to be redone, because Shawn did all the work incorrectly. Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster. Only gaslightling, pretending to be a victim, and blaming his employee. Hire at your own risk!"
