We got stuck in a 2 year contract-- I tried to cancel the services, but was told that I would have to pay a rather steep penalty to discontinue service-- so they are still providing services for us because I'd rather get something for my money rather than just pay a penalty....be aware of their contract details!!!!

I had a wasp problem. They made me sign a 1 year/quarterly contract to spray for them. If wasps returned, they would come back before the next quarter to respray. It never really fixed the problem -- just lessened it. After my 1 year was up, I called to cancel contract. Customer service rep said he couldn't do it. He transferred me to his manager, who badgered me to try to get me to stay. A total nightmare. Also, I once forgot to unlock back gate on one of my quarterly sprays. I talked to the serviceman 20 minutes before he got to the house and told him to just jump the fence. He said no problem! When I got home from work, I had the nice $110 receipt with an added note that they couldn't get in the back gate, so they just sprayed around my front door. $110 for a 2 minute job!!!! I don't have a Masters in Math, but that's $3300/hour! I'll hire someone else. By the way... After $500, I still have wasps.

Everything about the service was top rate. The initial customer contact was good; timely and informative. The on site treatment was prompt and thorough. We're waiting for the 2nd and 3rd treatments so see final results but up to now we've been very satisfied.

They explained exactly how the treatments work and when I could expect to start seeing results. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and helpful.

When the service started I asked for a hard copy of my contract. It was never sent. When I first contacted edge pest-control, they told me that there would be three visits and if I terminated the contract before those three visits, I would have to pay a penalty.There was absolutely nothing in the contract that stated anything regarding extended sessions. Their work consisted of nothing more than sitting out a few wood mousetraps and outdoor feeding stations. I eradicated the entire mouse problem myself with no further help from them. Horrible company. I wonder about Home Advisor support.

Very expedient. Next day service. 24 hour solutions to problems. My wife is happy and no longer concerned about mice running around our home.

They were so fast responding, I did not have time to "dial" their number on my phone, since they called me immediately. Faster than Jimmy Johns. The tech came out and educated me about the voles eating my plant root systems, and set out bait stations. Great service.
