They are "Sub-Contractors" to your General Contactor!!! You did NOT hire them directly? That is why/how they can walk away from accountability from a screwed up job. Again-do your research!!! When the general contractor refuses to pay them...they will file a "Mechanics Lein" against your personal property to "intimidate-blackmail" someone into paying them for such damaging work it cost you even more.
