They had someone available the next day. We had a problem with one toilet that was installed but that was user error (small child holding down handle) and they came out the next day and fixed the issue. Very nice installer.

Garrett is a rare gem. He responded to my call within minutes, trouble shooted what the cause of my leak could be (he was right), put my mind at ease at a time when I thought the worst. He came over first thing in the morning and did more than I ever hoped for. Honest, Reliable and an expert in his field. Fantastic experience.

Garrett was prompt in calling me and arrived within the hour window. They diagnosis the problem which was a broken city water meter and then arrange for the city to come and fix the meter that afternoon! They then came and checked the meter after installation!
