Quickly took care of a simple issue that has taken months for other plumbers to do. Nice staff, clean, and picked up when they were finished in about an hour

The owner(Plummer)quoted me a price of $105 for the service call then billed me twice that for the 2 hours. The 2 workman brought the wrong part and had to go back to the shop to get the right part and I paid their travel time too. Do not use this Plummer.

Very overpriced. 2 people came when only 1 was required. They were here 40 minutes. I was originally charged for 6 hours labor (2 men @ 3 hours each). When I questioned the billing, it was reduced to 4 hours labor. I am always willing to pay for what I get, but this is ridiculous. Parts were $71.00. The most labor I should be charged for is MAYBE 2 hours, 1 hour travel time & 1 hour (for 1 person) here. I will not hire them again.

This company is very prompt. They return calls, they do what they say they are going to do. They are very fair in pricing. I will not look further for a plumber. These people are the best.

They were great. I called on a Thursday and the plumbers arrived on time the very next day. They installed two wonderful new toilets. They were quick and efficient. I would recommend this company.

On time to the job. Did everything I asked and suggested a fix on another problem I didn't event know I had. Offered a solution and fixed the problem on that timely as well.

Two crew members came out and fixed our plumbing problem the day we called. They were courteous and knowledgeable, other than the pricing. But they fixed the repair quickly. Really, my complaint is regarding pricing. We were charged for two people doing two and a half hours work for a job that realistically one could have done in one hour. They had to drive and go get a common repair piece which we told them over the phone we thought we would need. Cost $160 an hour hour them to drive through town and back with the bridge construction traffic delays.

Crew arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. They explained the problem to me and what they were doing to fix it. They were thorough and I would call theis business again!
